class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mavenclad \u4e3a 10 \u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7 Mavenclad \u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4e0e\u63a5\u53d7\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u590d\u53d1\u6b21\u6570\u66f4\u5c11\uff0c\u65b0\u51fa\u73b0\u7684\u8111\u90e8 MRI class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This medication may increase the risk of cancer and harm an unborn baby (fetus).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Risk_of_cancer\"><\/span>Risk of cancer<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking cladribine tablets may make you more likely to develop cancer. Discuss the risk with your healthcare provider. Ask your healthcare provider if you need cancer screening.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Risk_of_harm_to_the_fetus\"><\/span>Risk of harm to the fetus<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are a female who is able to get pregnant, your healthcare provider will order a pregnancy test before each treatment course.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking cladribine tablets during pregnancy may cause birth defects or the loss of pregnancy. Don\u2019t take this medication if you are pregnant or plan to get pregnant. If you become pregnant during treatment with cladribine, stop the treatment and call your healthcare provider right away.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hormonal contraceptives, including birth control pills, may not completely prevent pregnancy when used with cladribine tablets. Thus, use another birth control method along with the hormonal contraceptives during treatment and for at least 6 months after the final dose of each treatment course.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are a male with a female partner who can get pregnant, use an effective method of birth control during treatment and for at least 14 weeks after the final dose of
