After IVIG therapy, she achieved overall initial improvement [<a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC8272686\/\">2<\/a>].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2023\"><\/span>2023<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In a 2023 study, researchers from the University of Kentucky<em> <\/em>administered IVIG to six participants with long COVID. The most common symptoms in the participants were brain fog, fatigue, chest pain, and shortness of breath.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IVIG treatment was initiated 101 days to 547 days after initial COVID infection. The IVIG dosage used in this study was 0.5 g\/kg every 2 weeks for up to one year.
