(HDN) \u65f6\uff0c\u8840\u6db2\u4ea4\u6362\u8f93\u8840 (BET) \u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e8c\u7ebf\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cBET \u6cbb\u7597\u5bf9\u65b0\u751f\u513f\u5b58\u5728\u663e\u8457\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u907f\u514d\u8fd9\u79cd\u98ce\u9669\uff0cIVIG \u6cbb\u7597\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u8f85\u52a9\u6cbb\u7597\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dovepress.com\/immunoglobulin-transfusion-in-hemolytic-disease-of-the-newborn-place-i-peer-reviewed-fulltext-article-IJCTM#ref15\">IVIG\u6cbb\u7597\u5b89\u5168\u6709\u6548<\/a> \u5bf9\u4e8e\u540c\u79cd\u514d\u75ab\u6027\u65b0\u751f\u513f\u6eb6\u8840\u6027\u80be\u75c5 (HDN) \u60a3\u8005\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u5bf9BET\u7b49\u66f4\u5177\u4fb5\u5165\u6027\u548c\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u624b\u672f\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u7ee7\u7eed\u9605\u8bfb\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u540c\u79cd\u514d\u75ab\u6027 <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/other-health-conditions\/hemolytic-disease-of-the-newborn-causes-symptoms-treatment-and-prevention\/\">\u65b0\u751f\u513f\u6eb6\u8840\u75c5<\/a> \u6216 O\uff09\u548c Rh \u56e0\u5b50\uff08\u9633\u6027\u6216\u9634\u6027\uff09\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u3002&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u65b0\u751f\u513f\u6eb6\u8840\u6027\u80be\u75c5 (HDN) \u662f\u7531 Rh \u56e0\u5b50\u4e0d\u5408\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u3002Rh \u56e0\u5b50\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u7ea2\u7ec6\u80de (RBC) \u4e0a\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\uff08D \u6297\u539f\uff09\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f53 Rh \u9634\u6027\uff08\u65e0 Rh \u86cb\u767d\uff09\u8840\u578b\u7684\u6bcd\u4eb2\u751f\u4e0b Rh \u9633\u6027\u8840\u578b\uff08\u4ece\u7236\u4eb2\u9057\u4f20\uff09\u7684\u5a74\u513f\u65f6\uff0c\u6bcd\u4eb2\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u4f1a\u5c06\u5a74\u513f\u7684\u7ea2\u7ec6\u80de\u89c6\u4e3a\u201c\u5916\u6765\u201d\u5e76\u4ea7\u751f\u9488\u5bf9\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u6297\u4f53\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6297\u4f53\u5728\u598a\u5a20\u671f\u95f4\u4f1a\u7a7f\u8fc7\u80ce\u76d8\uff0c\u653b\u51fb\u80ce\u513f\u7684Rh\u9633\u6027\u7ea2\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6297\u4f53\u7834\u574f\u7ea2\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u80ce\u513f\u5c31\u4f1a\u60a3\u75c5\u3002\u8fd9\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u598a\u5a20\u671f\u80ce\u513f\u6210\u7ea2\u7ec6\u80de\u589e\u591a\u75c7\u3002\u5a74\u513f\u51fa\u751f\u540e\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u65b0\u751f\u513f\u540c\u79cd\u514d\u75ab\u6eb6\u8840\u75c5 (HDN)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u51fa\u751f\u540e\u4e0d\u4e45\uff0c\u65b0\u751f\u513f\u5c31\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u8d2b\u8840\u548c\u9ec4\u75b8\u7684\u75c7\u72b6\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7531\u4e8e\u80c6\u7ea2\u7d20\uff08\u7ea2\u7ec6\u80de\u7834\u574f\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u91ca\u653e\u7684\u9ec4\u8272\u7269\u8d28\uff09\u542b\u91cf\u9ad8\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u76ae\u80a4\/\u773c\u775b\u53d1\u9ec4\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531\u4e8e\u65b0\u751f\u513f\u7684\u809d\u810f\u5c1a\u672a\u6210\u719f\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u5feb\u901f\u5904\u7406\u548c\u6e05\u9664\u591a\u4f59\u7684\u80c6\u7ea2\u7d20\uff0c\u80c6\u7ea2\u7d20\u5f00\u59cb\u5728\u5a74\u513f\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u79ef\u805a\uff0c\u5f15\u8d77\u8d2b\u8840\u548c\u9ec4\u75b8\u7684\u75c7\u72b6\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
