778-0318<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u867d\u7136TPN\u5bf9\u4e8e\u65e0\u6cd5\u7ecf\u53e3\u6216\u7ecf\u80a0\u6444\u53d6\u98df\u7269\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u6765\u8bf4\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u633d\u6551\u751f\u547d\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f46\u4f7f\u7528\u4e2d\u592e\u9759\u8109\u901a\u8def\u88c5\u7f6e\uff08CVAD\uff09\u6216\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u65f6\u4e5f\u5b58\u5728\u663e\u8457\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u88c5\u7f6e\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4e3a\u60a8\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u63d0\u4f9b\u5fc5\u9700\u8425\u517b\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e3a\u7ec6\u83cc\u8fdb\u5165\u60a8\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u76f4\u63a5\u9014\u5f84\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u76f8\u5173\u8840\u6d41\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u6216 <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/tpn\/how-to-prevent-clabsi-with-tpn\/\">CLABSI<\/a>\u662f\u5bfc\u81f4 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/clabsi\/about\/index.html\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u6bcf\u5e74\u6709\u6570\u5343\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1<\/a>\u3002\u5e78\u8fd0\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u9075\u5faa\u8c28\u614e\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u4e60\u60ef\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570 CLABSI \u75c5\u4f8b\u90fd\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u9884\u9632\u7684\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u65e8\u5728\u4e3a\u65b0\u5165\u9662\u548c\u73b0\u6709 TPN \u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b9e\u7528\u7684\u5206\u6b65\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u62a4\u7406\u6307\u5357\u3002\u9075\u5faa\u8fd9\u4e9b\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5bfc\u7ba1\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u6cbb\u7597\u6709\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div \u6216\u4e2d\u592e\u5bfc\u7ba1\u7684\u7c7b\u578b<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>CVAD \u4e00\u822c\u5206\u4e3a\u56db\u7c7b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PICC \u7ba1\uff08\u5916\u5468\u63d2\u5165\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\uff09\uff1a\u901a\u8fc7\u624b\u81c2\u9759\u8109\u63d2\u5165\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u96a7\u9053\u5bfc\u7ba1\uff08Hickman\u3001Broviac\uff09\uff1a\u901a\u8fc7\u624b\u672f\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u76ae\u4e0b\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u80f8\u90e8\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u975e\u96a7\u9053\u5bfc\u7ba1\uff1a\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u4e8e\u77ed\u671f\u4f7f\u7528\u5e76\u76f4\u63a5\u653e\u5165\u5927\u9759\u8109\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u690d\u5165\u5f0f\u8f93\u6db2\u6e2f\uff08Port-a-cath\uff09\uff1a\u4e00\u79cd\u7f6e\u4e8e\u76ae\u4e0b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7279\u6b8a\u9488\u5934\u63d2\u5165\u7684\u5c0f\u578b\u88c5\u7f6e\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u8f93\u6db2\u6e2f\u4e0d\u50cf\u5176\u4ed6\u5bfc\u7ba1\u90a3\u6837\u663e\u773c\u53ef\u89c1\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u50cfPICC\u5bfc\u7ba1\u6216\u96a7\u9053\u5f0f\u5bfc\u7ba1\u90a3\u6837\u9891\u7e41\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u62a4\u7406\u3002&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2
