\u6807\u51c6\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u75c7\u72b6\u5e76\u51cf\u8f7b\u708e\u75c7\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vyvgart Hytrulo \u7b49\u65b0\u5174\u7597\u6cd5\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u826f\u597d\u7684\u524d\u666f\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5bf9\u4e8e\u90a3\u4e9b\u5bf9\u4f20\u7edf CIDP \u836f\u7269\u65e0\u53cd\u5e94\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u76ee\u524d\u5c1a\u65e0\u6839\u6cbb\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u6301\u7eed\u6cbb\u7597\u5bf9\u4e8e\u63a7\u5236\u75c7\u72b6\u548c\u7f13\u89e3\u75be\u75c5\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/cidp\/what-is-cidp\/\">\u6162\u6027\u708e\u75c7\u6027\u8131\u9ad3\u9798\u6027\u591a\u53d1\u6027\u795e\u7ecf\u75c5\uff08CIDP\uff09<\/a> \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u540e\u5929\u81ea\u8eab\u514d\u75ab\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5f71\u54cd <a href=\"https:\/\/rarediseases.org\/rare-diseases\/chronic-inflammatory-demyelinating-polyneuropathy\/#xd_co_f=ZDNkNDM0ZmQtOWFhOC00ZDUyLTg3ZGMtODk1YjMyNDMzNjQ3~\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u6bcf10\u4e07\u4eba\u4e2d\u5c31\u67095\u52307\u4eba<\/a> \u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u4eba\u4eec\u90fd\u60a3\u6709CIDP\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1CIDP\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e25\u91cd\u6b8b\u75be\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u63a7\u5236\u75c7\u72b6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u60f3\u8981\u6539\u5584\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u53d7\u5f71\u54cd\u4e2a\u4eba\u5e94\u8be5\u4e86\u89e3\u65b0\u5174\u7684 CIDP \u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u672c\u6307\u5357\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u56de\u987e\u76ee\u524d\u5927\u591a\u6570\u60a3\u8005\u4f7f\u7528\u7684CIDP\u6807\u51c6\u836f\u7269\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u8fd8\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8\u65b0\u5174\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5e76\u8ba8\u8bbaCIDP\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6cbb\u6108\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7ee7\u7eed\u9605\u8bfb\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u88ab\u8bca\u65ad\u60a3\u6709\u6b64\u75c5\u7684\u4eba\u7684\u672a\u6765 <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/conditions-treatments\/auto-immune-conditions-treated-with-biologics\/\">\u81ea\u8eab\u514d\u75ab\u6027\u75be\u75c5<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u533b\u751f\u9488\u5bf9\u4e0d\u540c\u5e74\u9f84\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5f00\u51fa\u4e86\u51e0\u79cd\u6807\u51c6\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5 <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/cidp\/living-with-cidp\/\">CIDP \u7684\u9636\u6bb5<\/a>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u5df2\u88ab\u8bc1\u660e\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a3\u8005\u63a7\u5236\u75c7\u72b6\u3002\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u6765\u4ed4\u7ec6\u770b\u770b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-intravenous-immunoglobulin\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Intravenous_Immunoglobulin\"><\/span>\u9759\u8109\u6ce8\u5c04\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9759\u8109\u6ce8\u5c04\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/ivig\/ivig\/\">\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d<\/a>) \u662f CIDP \u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6cbb\u7597\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u5b83\u5e76\u975e\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7597\u6cd5\uff0c\u5df2\u88ab\u5e7f\u6cdb\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u4e8c\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5b83\u6d89\u53ca\u5c06\u6765\u81ea\u5065\u5eb7\u6350\u8d60\u8005\u7684\u6297\u4f53\u6ce8\u5165\u53d7\u5f71\u54cd\u4e2a\u4f53\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u8c03\u8282\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u5e94\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/other-health-conditions\/ivig-for-cidp\/\">\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d (IVIG) \u6cbb\u7597 CIDP<\/a> \u5176\u4f5c\u7528\u662f\u4e2d\u548c\u6709\u5bb3\u6297\u4f53\u5e76\u51cf\u5c11\u635f\u5bb3\u9ad3\u9798\uff08\u795e\u7ecf\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u5c42\uff09\u7684\u708e\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5178\u578b\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC7982536\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CIDP \u8054\u5408 IVIG \u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848<\/a> \u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6bcf 3 \u81f3 4 \u5468\u8f93\u6ce8\u4e00\u6b21<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u521d\u59cb\u8d1f\u8377\u5242\u91cf\u4e3a 2 g\/kg\uff0c\u6301\u7eed 2 \u81f3 5 \u5929<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6839\u636e\u9700\u8981\u7ef4\u6301\u5242\u91cf\u7ea6\u4e3a1g\/kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6700\u5feb\u4e24\u5468\u5373\u53ef\u770b\u5230\u60a3\u8005\u75c5\u60c5\u6539\u5584<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-side-effects-of-ivig-therapy\">IVIG\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u5927\u591a\u6570\u4eba\u5bf9 IVIG \u7684\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u826f\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0 <a href=\"http:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/ivig\/understanding-the-common-side-effects-of-ivig-treatment\/\">\u526f\u4f5c\u7528<\/a> \u4f8b\u5982\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u75b2\u52b3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5934\u75db<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u53d1\u70e7\u6216\u53d1\u51b7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6076\u5fc3\u6216\u5455\u5410<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7f55\u89c1\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u51fa\u73b0\u8840\u6813\u6216\u80be\u810f\u95ee\u9898<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8fc7\u654f\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u5982\u76ae\u75b9\u6216 <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/ivig\/ivig-and-hypotension-when-low-blood-pressure-can-be-dangerous\/\">\u4f4e\u8840\u538b<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u786e\u4fdd\u5b89\u5168\u4f7f\u7528\u8fd9\u79cd\u7ecf\u8fc7\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7684CIDP\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u52a1\u5fc5\u4e0e\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u8ba8\u8bba\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e0d\u826f\u53cd\u5e94\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5bf9IVIG\u7684\u8fc7\u654f\u53cd\u5e94\u6301\u7eed\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u8003\u8651\u65b0\u7684CIDP\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-corticosteroids\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Corticosteroids\"><\/span>\u76ae\u8d28\u7c7b\u56fa\u9187<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ae\u8d28\u7c7b\u56fa\u9187\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u6cfc\u5c3c\u677e\uff09\u662f\u6700\u6210\u719f\u7684CIDP\u836f\u7269\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6291\u5236\u4eba\u4f53\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u5e94\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236\u514d\u75ab\u6d3b\u6027\u3001\u51cf\u5c11\u795e\u7ecf\u5468\u56f4\u708e\u75c7\u4ee5\u53ca\u9632\u6b62\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8131\u9ad3\u9798\u6765\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7\u76ae\u8d28\u7c7b\u56fa\u9187\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c60% \u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5bf9\u6cbb\u7597\u53cd\u5e94\u826f\u597d\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8fbe\u5230\u957f\u671f\u7f13\u89e3\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u76ae\u8d28\u7c7b\u56fa\u9187\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6709\u6548\u7684\u4e00\u7ebf\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u9700\u8981\u5feb\u901f\u6291\u5236\u514d\u75ab\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ae\u8d28\u7c7b\u56fa\u9187\u53ef\u4ee5\u6bcf\u65e5\u53e3\u670d\u6216\u6bcf\u6708\u8f93\u6ce8\u3002\u521d\u59cb\u5242\u91cf\u548c\u9010\u6e10\u51cf\u91cf\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/cidp\/cidp-101-what-you-need-to-know-about-this-rare-disease\/\">CIDP \u75c7\u72b6<\/a> \u4ee5\u53ca\u75c5\u60c5\u4e25\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-side-effects-of-corticosteroids\">\u76ae\u8d28\u7c7b\u56fa\u9187\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u76ae\u8d28\u7c7b\u56fa\u9187\u662f\u6700\u6709\u6548\u7684CIDP\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u8d77\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u957f\u671f\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u60a3\u8005\u5e94\u6ce8\u610f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u98ce\u9669\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/conditions-treatments\/osteoporosis\/\">\u9aa8\u8d28\u758f\u677e\u75c7<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u767d\u5185\u969c\u6216\u9752\u5149\u773c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8840\u538b\u5347\u9ad8<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u611f\u67d3\u98ce\u9669\u589e\u52a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u60c5\u7eea\u6ce2\u52a8\u548c\u6613\u6012<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4f53\u91cd\u589e\u52a0\u548c\u4f53\u6db2\u6f74\u7559<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8840\u7cd6\u5347\u9ad8\u6216\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6f5c\u5728\u98ce\u9669\u51f8\u663e\u4e86\u5f00\u53d1\u4e0d\u826f\u53cd\u5e94\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u65b0\u578b
