\u6216\u514d\u75ab\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u6291\u5236\u5242\u76f8\u5173\u6bd2\u6027<\/a>\u3002ICI\u76f8\u5173\u6bd2\u6027\u53ef\u5f71\u54cd\u6240\u6709\u5668\u5b98\uff0c\u4f46\u76ae\u80a4\u3001\u6d88\u5316\u5668\u5b98\u548c\u5185\u5206\u6ccc\u5668\u5b98\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u54cd\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6216\u60a8\u8ba4\u8bc6\u7684\u4eba\u6b63\u5728\u7ecf\u5386\u4e25\u91cd\u81f3\u4e2d\u5ea6\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u76f8\u5173\u6bd2\u6027\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48 href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41422-020-0343-4\">\u514d\u75ab\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9<\/a>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u5c31\u50cf\u201c\u5239\u8f66\u201d\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u963b\u6b62\u514d\u75ab\u7ec6\u80de\u653b\u51fb\u6b63\u5e38\u5065\u5eb7\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u4ea7\u751f\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u86cb\u767d\u6765\u9003\u907f\u653b\u51fb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u86cb\u767d\u4e0e T \u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u86cb\u767d\u7ed3\u5408\u65f6\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u4f1a\u5173\u95ed T \u7ec6\u80de\u2014\u2014\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u4f1a\u7ee7\u7eed\u751f\u957f\u548c\u6269\u6563\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u514d\u75ab\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u6291\u5236\u5242 (ICI) \u53ef\u4ee5\u963b\u65ad T \u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u4e0a\u7684\u8fd9\u4e9b\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u3002\u8fd9\u4f1a\u6fc0\u6d3b T \u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u591f\u6709\u6548\u5730\u6740\u6b7b\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-immune-checkpoint-inhibitor-related-toxicity\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Is_Immune-Checkpoint_Inhibitor-Related_Toxicity\"><\/span><strong>\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u514d\u75ab\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u6291\u5236\u5242\u76f8\u5173\u6bd2\u6027\uff1f<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5c3d\u7ba1\u514d\u75ab\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u6291\u5236\u5242 (ICI) \u5df2\u6210\u529f\u6cbb\u7597\u67d0\u4e9b\u764c\u75c7\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u9aa8\u9ad3\u7624\u3001\u80be\u764c\u6216\u80ba\u764c\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4eec\u6709\u65f6\u4f1a\u8fc7\u5ea6\u523a\u6fc0\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u514d\u75ab\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u6291\u5236\u5242\u76f8\u5173\u6bd2\u6027\u6216\u514d\u75ab\u76f8\u5173\u4e0d\u826f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u6bd2\u6027\u51fa\u73b0\u8f83\u65e9\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u5f00\u59cb\u4f7f\u7528\u514d\u75ab\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u6291\u5236\u5242\u540e\u6570\u5468\u81f3 3 \u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u53d1\u751f\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u60a8\u63a5\u53d7\u7684 ICI \u7c7b\u578b\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u5e76\u5bfc\u81f4\u8eab\u4f53\u4efb\u4f55\u5668\u5b98\u53d1\u708e\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u53d7\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u5668\u5b98\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinicproceedings.org\/article\/S0025-6196(19)30275-7\/fulltext\">\u6bd2\u6027<\/a>\uff09 \u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u7684\u6bd2\u6027\u56e0\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u800c\u5f02\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4ece\u8f7b\u5fae\u5230\u4e25\u91cd\u81f4\u547d\u4e0d\u7b49\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u79cd\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u63a7\u5236\u514d\u75ab\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u6291\u5236\u5242\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6bd2\u6027\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u53c8\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u6291\u5236\u5176\u6297\u764c\u4f5c\u7528\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
