<a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/ivig\/ivig\/\">\u9759\u8109\u6ce8\u5c04\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\uff08IVIG\uff09\u6cbb\u7597<\/a> Churg-Strauss \u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u77e5\u8bc6\u3001IVIG \u5982\u4f55\u63d0\u4f9b\u5e2e\u52a9\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6216\u60a8\u6240\u7231\u7684\u4eba\u6b63\u5728\u8003\u8651\u4f7f\u7528 IVIG \u6cbb\u7597 class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u55dc\u9178\u6027<\/strong>\uff1a\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\uff08\u4e00\u79cd\u767d\u7ec6\u80de\uff09\u8fc7\u5ea6\u79ef\u805a\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u708e\u75c7\u548c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u635f\u4f24<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8089\u82bd\u80bf\u75c5<\/strong>\uff1a\u53d7\u611f\u67d3\u7ec4\u7ec7\u56e0\u708e\u75c7\u53cd\u5e94\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u8089\u82bd\u80bf\uff08\u514d\u75ab\u7ec6\u80de\u7c07\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u591a\u8840\u7ba1\u708e<\/strong>\uff1a\u5f71\u54cd\u5168\u8eab\u591a\u6761\u8840\u7ba1\u7684\u708e\u75c7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cEGPA \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4ee5\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\u8fc7\u5ea6\u79ef\u805a\u3001\u8089\u82bd\u80bf\u5f62\u6210\u548c\u591a\u6761\u8840\u7ba1\u708e\u75c7\u4e3a\u7279\u5f81\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u5171\u540c\u5bfc\u81f4\u53d7\u7d2f\u5668\u5b98\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u80ba\u3001\u76ae\u80a4\u548c\u795e\u7ecf\uff09\u51fa\u73b0\u75c7\u72b6\u548c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u635f\u4f24\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EGPA \u5728\u60a3\u6709\u54ee\u5598\u6216\u6709\u8fc7\u654f\u53f2\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e2d\u66f4\u4e3a\u5e38\u89c1\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div  id=\"call-to-action-7e81e143e03a44f36c3c3cc0f24a2949\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S1081120610617140\">\u62a5\u544a<\/a> \u5df2\u7ecf\u8bc1\u660e <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/conditions-treatments\/immune-globulin-ig\/\">\u9759\u8109\u6ce8\u5c04\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\uff08IVIG\uff09\u6cbb\u7597<\/a> \u5f53\u5176\u4ed6\u6807\u51c6\u7597\u6cd5\u6548\u679c\u4e0d\u4f73\u65f6\uff0cIVIG \u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u6cbb\u7597 CSS \u60a3\u8005\u3002\u7531\u4e8e CSS \u5c5e\u4e8e\u4e00\u7c7b\u81ea\u8eab\u514d\u75ab\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u8fc7\u5ea6\u6d3b\u8dc3\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u4f1a\u9519\u8bef\u5730\u653b\u51fb\u8eab\u4f53\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64 IVIG \u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u8c03\u8282\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u5176\u653b\u51fb\u8eab\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u867d\u7136 IVIG \u7684\u5177\u4f53\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236\u5c1a\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\uff0c\u4f46\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u8ba4\u4e3a <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/ivig\/what-to-expect-during-your-ivig-infusion-treatment\/\">IVIG\u6cbb\u7597<\/a> \u9759\u8109\u6ce8\u5c04\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d (IVIG) \u53ef\u53d1\u6325\u591a\u79cd\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u6539\u5584 CSS \u60a3\u8005\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0cIVIG \u53ef\u4ee5\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Suppress_Inflammation\"><\/span>1. <strong>\u6291\u5236\u708e\u75c7<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9759\u8109\u6ce8\u5c04\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\uff08IVIG\uff09\u7597\u6cd5\u5177\u6709\u6297\u708e\u7279\u6027\u3002\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u51cf\u5c11\u8840\u7ba1\u708e\u75c7\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u964d\u4f4e\u4e25\u91cd\u5668\u5b98\u635f\u4f24\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Neutralize_Autoantibodies\"><\/span><strong>2. \u4e2d\u548c\u81ea\u8eab\u6297\u4f53<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>IVIG \u4e5f\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4e2d\u548c\u6216\u963b\u65ad\u81ea\u8eab\u6297\u4f53\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u81ea\u8eab\u6297\u4f53\u662f\u653b\u51fb\u5065\u5eb7\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u5f02\u5e38\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u79cd\u540d\u4e3a ANCA \u7684\u6297\u4f53\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u90e8\u5206 EGPA \u60a3\u8005\u4f53\u5185\uff0c\u4f46\u5e76\u975e\u6240\u6709\u60a3\u8005\u90fd\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u5927\u7ea6\u53ea\u6709 40% \u7684 EGPA \u60a3\u8005\u5b58\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u6297\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Reduce_Blood_Eosinophil_Levels\"><\/span>3. <strong>\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u6db2\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\u6c34\u5e73<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u53c2\u4e0e\u8fc7\u654f\u53cd\u5e94\u6216\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7ec6\u80de\u3002CSS \u60a3\u8005\u7684\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\u6c34\u5e73\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u6b63\u5e38\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u4e24\u500d\u3002\u8fd9\u5bfc\u81f4\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ec6\u80de\u5728\u80ba\u3001\u76ae\u80a4\u3001\u5fc3\u810f\u6216\u795e\u7ecf\u7b49\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e2d\u79ef\u805a\uff0c\u5f15\u53d1\u708e\u75c7\u548c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u635f\u4f24\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e CSS \u60a3\u8005\uff0cIVIG \u6709\u52a9\u4e8e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S1081120610617140\">\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\u6c34\u5e73<\/a>\u5b83\u901a\u8fc7\u963b\u65ad\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u3002\u8fd9\u53ef\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\u5728\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e2d\u8fc7\u5ea6\u79ef\u805a\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
