\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7f55\u89c1\u7684\u957f\u671f\u81ea\u8eab\u514d\u75ab\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u5f71\u54cd\u5468\u56f4\u795e\u7ecf\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u795e\u7ecf\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u4f1a\u9519\u8bef\u5730\u653b\u51fb\u5e76\u7834\u574f\u9ad3\u9798\uff08\u8986\u76d6\u795e\u7ecf\u7ea4\u7ef4\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u5c42\uff09\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u81ea\u8eab\u514d\u75ab\u653b\u51fb\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u8fc7\u5ea6\u708e\u75c7\u4f1a\u635f\u5bb3\u5468\u56f4\u795e\u7ecf\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u808c\u8089\u9010\u6e10\u65e0\u529b\u3001\u529b\u91cf\u4e27\u5931\u548c\u611f\u89c9\u95ee\u9898\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u808c\u840e\u7f29\u4fa7\u7d22\u786c\u5316\u75c7 (ALS) \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u8fdb\u884c\u6027\u795e\u7ecf\u9000\u884c\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u4e2d\u67a2\u795e\u7ecf\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u795e\u7ecf\u7ec6\u80de\uff08\u5927\u8111\u548c\u810a\u9ad3\u4e2d\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u795e\u7ecf\uff09\u3002\u8fd0\u52a8\u795e\u7ecf\u4e3b\u8981\u63a7\u5236\u547c\u5438\u548c\u968f\u610f\u808c\u8fd0\u52a8\u3002\u5f53\u8fd0\u52a8\u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u9000\u5316\u5bfc\u81f4\u795e\u7ecf\u4fe1\u53f7\u65e0\u6cd5\u6b63\u5e38\u4f20\u9012\u5230\u808c\u8089\u65f6\uff0c\u808c\u8089\u5c31\u4f1a\u53d8\u5f97\u65e0\u529b\u5e76\u5f00\u59cb\u62bd\u6410\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ALS \u6709\u65f6\u4e5f\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u5362\u4f3d\u96f7\u6c0f\u75c7\u548c\u8fd0\u52a8\u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u75c5 (MND)\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cidp-vs-als-causes-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"CIDP_vs_ALS_Causes\"><\/span><strong>CIDP \u4e0e ALS\uff1a\u75c5\u56e0&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u795e\u7ecf\u7cfb\u7edf\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u786e\u5207\u75c5\u56e0\u5c1a\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5df2\u53d1\u73b0\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u5f02\u5e38\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4CIDP\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5b83\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u81ea\u8eab\u514d\u75ab\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ALS \u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u9057\u4f20\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u591a\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u90fd\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u5176\u4e0e\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u5173\u8054\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0cC9orf72\u3001ARDBP \u548c FUS \u7b49\u7279\u5b9a\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u7a81\u53d8\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4 ALS\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u57fa\u56e0\u8c03\u63a7\u7740\u8fd0\u52a8\u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684 ALS \u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u5bb6\u65cf\u6027 ALS\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u636e\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c <a href=\"https:\/\/medlineplus.gov\/genetics\/condition\/amyotrophic-lateral-sclerosis\/#causes\">\u5728\u5bb6\u65cf\u6027 ALS \u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86 60% \u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u53d8<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cidp-vs-als-key-signs-and-symptoms\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"CIDP_vs_ALS_Key_Signs_and_Symptoms\"><\/span><strong>CIDP \u4e0e ALS\uff1a\u4e3b\u8981\u4f53\u5f81\u548c\u75c7\u72b6<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CIDP \u7684\u5178\u578b\u8868\u73b0\u662f\u5bf9\u79f0\u6027\u808c\u8089\u65e0\u529b\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u5728\u817f\u90e8\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u8513\u5ef6\u81f3\u624b\u81c2\u3002CIDP \u60a3\u8005\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73b0\u4ee5\u4e0b\u75c7\u72b6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5931\u53bb\u53cd\u5c04<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u624b\u81c2\u548c\u817f\u90e8\u6709\u523a\u75db\u611f\u548c\u9ebb\u6728\u611f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5931\u53bb\u5e73\u8861\u548c\u884c\u8d70\u56f0\u96be&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u901a\u5e38\uff0cCIDP \u4e3b\u8981\u635f\u5bb3\u8fd0\u52a8\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u808c\u8089\u50f5\u786c\u3001\u62bd\u6410\/\u75c9\u631b\u548c\u65e0\u529b\u3002\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u75c7\u72b6\u9996\u5148\u51fa\u73b0\u5728\u4e00\u6761\u817f\u4e0a\uff08\u8868\u73b0\u4e3a\u4e0d\u5bf9\u79f0\uff09\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u624d\u4f1a\u8513\u5ef6\u81f3\u8eab\u4f53\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u4f4d\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u75c5\u60c5\u6076\u5316\uff0cALS 100,000 \u4eba\u4e2d\u7ea6\u6709 5 \u2013 7 \u4f8b CIDP<\/a>
