778-0318<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u67d4\u8f6f\u3001\u7ec6\u957f\u4e14\u7075\u6d3b\u7684\u7a7a\u5fc3\u7ba1\uff0c\u53ef\u63d2\u5165\u5927\u9759\u8109\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u9888\u90e8\u6216\u80f8\u90e8\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u9759\u8109\u3002\u4e0e\u666e\u901a\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u66f4\u957f\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7559\u7f6e\u4e00\u4e2a\u6708\u5230\u51e0\u5e74\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f7b\u677e\u8f93\u9001\u5927\u91cf\u6db2\u4f53\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u5728\u5916\u5468\u5bfc\u7ba1\u4e2d\u662f\u65e0\u6cd5\u5b9e\u73b0\u7684\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u672c\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5bfc\u7ba1\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7c7b\u578b\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5bfc\u7ba1\u63a5\u53d7 cavaliers\uff09\u5206\u4e3a\u5916\u90e8\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u548c\u5185\u90e8\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u3002\u5916\u90e8\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u5305\u62ec\u7ecf\u5916\u5468\u7f6e\u5165\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1 (PICC) \u548c\u96a7\u9053\u5f0f\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1 (CVC)\uff0c\u800c\u5185\u90e8\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u5305\u62ec\u690d\u5165\u5f0f\u8f93\u6db2\u6e2f\u3002\u6bcf\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u90fd\u6709\u5176\u72ec\u7279\u4e4b\u5904\uff0c\u63d2\u5165\u70b9\u4e5f\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"External_Central_Line\"><\/span>\u5916\u90e8\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ebf<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u7ecf\u5916\u5468\u7f6e\u5165\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1 (PICC) \u6216\u96a7\u9053\u5f0f CVC \u4e2d\uff0c\u5bfc\u7ba1\u63d2\u5165\u4e0a\u81c2\u9759\u8109\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u8d35\u8981\u9759\u8109\u3001\u80b1\u9759\u8109\u3001\u5934\u9759\u8109\u6216\u8098\u5185\u4fa7\u9759\u8109\uff09\u6216\u80f8\u90e8\u3002\u8be5\u5bfc\u7ba1\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u8fdb\u81f3\u5fc3\u810f\u53f3\u4fa7\u4e0a\u65b9\u7684\u4e00\u6761\u5927\u9759\u8109\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/teachmeanatomy.info\/thorax\/vasculature\/superior-vena-cava\/\">\u4e0a\u8154\u9759\u8109<\/a>)\u3002\u63d2\u5165\u5bfc\u7ba1\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7531\u6ce8\u518c\u62a4\u58eb\u3001\u533b\u751f\u6216\u7ecf\u8fc7\u57f9\u8bad\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u5458\u5b8c\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8be5\u7ba1\u7ebf\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u7aef\u5206\u652f\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6216\u4e24\u4e2a\u8f83\u5c0f\u7684\u7ba1\u5b50\uff0c\u79f0\u4e3a\u7ba1\u8154\uff0c\u5f53\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u8f93\u6db2\u7ba1\u65f6\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5c06\u5bfc\u7ba1\u4e2d\u7684\u5fc5\u9700\u8425\u517b\u7269\u8d28\u76f4\u63a5\u8f93\u9001\u5230\u9759\u8109\u4e2d\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Internal_Central_Line\"><\/span>\u5185\u90e8\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ebf<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u690d\u5165\u5f0f\u8f93\u6db2\u6e2f\u662f\u6307\u7531\u8bad\u7ec3\u6709\u7d20\u7684\u533b\u751f\u901a\u8fc7\u624b\u672f\u5c06\u5bfc\u7ba1\u5b8c\u5168\u63d2\u5165\u76ae\u4e0b\u3002\u8be5\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5bfc\u7ba1\u901a\u5e38\u4f4d\u4e8e\u80f8\u90e8\uff0c\u6709\u65f6\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e0a\u81c2\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u690d\u5165\u5f0f\u8f93\u6db2\u6e2f\u7684\u7ba1\u5b50\u4e00\u7aef\u63d2\u5165\u5927\u9759\u8109\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u7aef\u901a\u5411\u76ae\u4e0b\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u6a61\u80f6\u5706\u76d8\u3002\u8425\u517b\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u8f93\u9001\u501f\u52a9\u4e00\u79cd\u540d\u4e3a\u201c\u80e1\u8d1d\u5c14\u9488\u201d\uff08Huber\uff09\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u9488\u5934\uff0c\u8be5\u9488\u5934\u7a7f\u8fc7\u76ae\u80a4\u63d2\u5165\u8f93\u6db2\u6e2f\u50a8\u6db2\u5668\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0e\u5916\u90e8\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ebf\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u5916\u90e8\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ebf\u7684\u5bfc\u7ba1\u4f1a\u4f38\u51fa\u76ae\u80a4\uff0c\u800c\u5185\u90e8\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ebf\u7684\u5bfc\u7ba1\u4e0d\u4f1a\u4f38\u51fa\u76ae\u80a4\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u60a8\u4f1a\u5728\u76ae\u80a4\u4e0b\u611f\u89c9\u5230\u7684\u5c0f\u80bf\u5757\u3002&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Central_Line_TPN_Guidelines\"><\/span>\u4e2d\u592e\u7ebf TPN \u6307\u5357<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u63a5\u53d7 TPN \u6cbb\u7597\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u5c06\u5411\u60a8\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5bfc\u7ba1\u3001\u60a8\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5bfc\u7ba1\u7c7b\u578b\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u5bb6\u4e2d\u6ce8\u5c04\u8425\u517b\u7269\u8d28\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ef4\u6301\u8f93\u6db2\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"TPN_Central_Line_Care_and_Maintenance\"><\/span>TPN \u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ebf\u4fdd\u517b\u548c\u7ef4\u62a4<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728 TPN \u8f93\u6db2\u524d\u540e\uff0c\u52a1\u5fc5\u5728\u4e0d\u4f7f\u7528\u65f6\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u514d\u53d7\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u8154\u4f1a\u7528\u751f\u7406\u76d0\u6c34\u51b2\u6d17\uff08\u6e05\u6d01\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6e05\u9664\u4e0a\u6b21\u8f93\u6db2\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u6b8b\u7559\u7684\u836f\u7269\uff0c\u5e76\u9632\u6b62 TPN \u8f93\u6db2\u671f\u95f4\u53d1\u751f\u5835\u585e\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u51b2\u6d17\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ba1\u7ba1\u8154<\/h4>\n\n\n<div href=\"https:\/\/my.clevelandclinic.org\/health\/treatments\/16017-heparin-infusion\">\u809d\u7d20<\/a>&nbsp;\u9884\u5145\u5f0f\u6ce8\u5c04\u5668\u3002&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6d17\u624b\u5e76\u6234\u4e0a\u624b\u5957\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u53d6\u4e0b\u7aef\u76d6\uff0c\u7528\u9152\u7cbe\u68c9\u7247\u4ee5\u65cb\u8f6c\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u64e6\u62ed\u7ba1\u8154\u5916\u90e815\u79d2\u3002\u5f85\u5176\u5e72\u71e55\u79d2\u949f\u3002&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5c06\u9884\u5145\u76d0\u6c34\u6ce8\u5c04\u5668\u63a8\u5165\u7ba1\u8154\u5e76\u987a\u65f6\u9488\u65cb\u8f6c\u4ee5\u5c06\u5176\u9501\u5b9a\u5230\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5c06\u5176\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u7ba1\u8154\u3002&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u677e\u5f00 CVC \u7ba1\u8154\u4e0a\u7684\u5939\u5b50\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u6162\u6162\u5411\u4e0b\u63a8\u67f1\u585e\uff0c\u5f00\u59cb\u51b2\u6d17\u7ba1\u8154\u3002&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4f7f\u7528\u63a8\u5165\u548c\u6682\u505c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6bcf\u6b21\u63a8\u5165\u7ea6 1 \u2013 2 \u6beb\u5347\u76d0\u6c34\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u6ce8\u5c04\u5668\u4e2d\u7684\u6240\u6709\u76d0\u6c34\u90fd\u7528\u5b8c\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5939\u7d27\u7ba1\u8154\u5e76\u9006\u65f6\u9488\u62e7\u4e0b\u76d0\u6c34\u6ce8\u5c04\u5668\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u51b2\u6d17\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9759\u8109\u5bfc\u7ba1\u540e\uff0c\u5c0f\u5fc3\u5730\u5c06\u9759\u8109\u8f93\u6db2\u7ba1\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u5bfc\u7ba1\u4e0a\uff0c\u7528\u63a8\u62c9\u548c\u626d\u8f6c\u7684\u52a8\u4f5c\u56fa\u5b9a\u8fde\u63a5\u3002\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u5982\u4f55\u542f\u52a8
