400;\">\u6beb\u65e0\u7591\u95ee\uff0cTPN \u7597\u6cd5\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u80fd\u591f\u5c06\u8425\u517b\u7269\u8d28\u76f4\u63a5\u8f93\u9001\u5230\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u6551\u547d\u7597\u6cd5\u3002\u4f46\u7531\u4e8e TPN \u7597\u6cd5\u4f1a\u7a81\u7136\u6539\u53d8\u98df\u7269\u6444\u5165\u65b9\u5f0f\u548c\u65b0\u9648\u4ee3\u8c22\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u8eab\u4f53\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u56e0\u6b64\u51fa\u73b0\u4e00\u4e9b\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u3002TPN \u7597\u6cd5\u5e94\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u7f29\u77ed\u7597\u7a0b\uff0c\u5e76\u6539\u7528 <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/tpn\/enteral-vs-parenteral-nutrition-a-complete-guide\/\">\u80a0\u5185\uff08\u53e3\u670d\u3001\u9972\u7ba1\uff09\u6cbb\u7597<\/a> \u5e94\u5728\u60a3\u8005\u6062\u590d\u80fd\u529b\u540e\u5c3d\u5feb\u8fdb\u884c\u3002\u5728\u672c\u7bc7\u535a\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u8ba8\u8bbaTPN\u6cbb\u7597\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u8d77\u76844\u79cd\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u4ee3\u8c22\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u5e94\u5bf9\u6216\u9884\u9632\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div 400;\">\u65b0\u9648\u4ee3\u8c22\u662f\u4eba\u4f53\u5c06\u98df\u7269\u4e2d\u7684\u8425\u517b\u7269\u8d28\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u80fd\u91cf\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u53cd\u5e94\u3002\u5f53\u4eba\u4f53\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u4ee3\u8c22\u9014\u5f84\u56e0\u75be\u75c5\u3001\u6cbb\u7597\u3001\u836f\u7269\u6cbb\u7597\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u5916\u90e8\u56e0\u7d20\u7b49\u539f\u56e0\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u5e72\u6270\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f15\u53d1\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u79f0\u4e3a\u4ee3\u8c22\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4ee3\u8c22\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u901a\u5e38\u6d89\u53ca\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\u3001\u6fc0\u7d20\u3001\u8425\u517b\u7d20\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u7ef4\u6301\u5404\u79cd\u8eab\u4f53\u529f\u80fd\u6240\u9700\u7684\u7269\u8d28\u6c34\u5e73\u5931\u8861\u6216\u7d0a\u4e71\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5931\u8861\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u4ee3\u8c22\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u9ad8\u8840\u7cd6\u3001\u809d\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u788d\u3001 <a 400;\">\u4e3a\u4e86\u9884\u9632\u6216\u964d\u4f4e\u9ad8\u8840\u7cd6\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u5728TPN\u6cbb\u7597\u671f\u95f4\u76d1\u6d4b\u8840\u7cd6\u5e76\u4f7f\u7528\u4f4e\u81f3\u4e2d\u7b49\u5242\u91cf\u7684\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u5236\u5242\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f7f\u7528TPN\u540e\u51fa\u73b0\u9ad8\u8840\u7cd6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u67d0\u4e9b\u836f\u7269\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u80f0\u5c9b\u7d20\uff09\u6765\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u5b8c\u5168\u5eb7\u590d\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u5fc5\u987b\u5bc6\u5207\u76d1\u6d4b\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Electrolyte_Imbalance\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\u5931\u8861<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TPN \u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u4ee3\u8c22\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u548c\u4e3b\u8981\u95ee\u9898\u662f\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\u5931\u8861\u3002TPN \u7ed9\u836f\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6270\u4e71\u4f53\u5185\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u9499\u3001\u94a0\u3001\u9541\u548c\u94be\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhlbi.nih.gov\/health\/arrhythmias#:~:text=An%20arrhythmia%2C%20or%20irregular%20heartbeat,down%20while%20resting%20or%20sleeping.\">\u5fc3\u5f8b\u5931\u5e38<\/a>\u3001\u795e\u7ecf\u808c\u8089\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u788d\u7b49\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9884\u9632\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\u7d0a\u4e71\u9700\u8981\u5728\u533b\u751f\u3001\u836f\u5242\u5e08\u548c\u8425\u517b\u5e08\u7684\u914d\u5408\u4e0b\uff0c\u5bc6\u5207\u8bc4\u4f30\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u5b9a\u671f\u76d1\u6d4b\uff0c\u5e76\u6839\u636e\u60a3\u8005\u60c5\u51b5\u8c03\u6574\u5242\u91cf\u6216\u914d\u65b9\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div 400;\">\u518d\u5582\u517b\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4ee3\u8c22\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u4e25\u91cd\u8425\u517b\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6216\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5feb\u901f\u63a5\u53d7\u8fc7\u91cf\u8425\u517b\u65f6\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982TPN\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u996e\u98df\u7597\u6cd5\u3002\u518d\u5582\u517b\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\u5931\u8861\u548c\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20\u7f3a\u4e4f\uff0c\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u766b\u75eb\u53d1\u4f5c\u3001\u660f\u8ff7\u751a\u81f3\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u9884\u9632\u518d\u5582\u517b\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\uff0c\u91c7\u53d6\u5faa\u5e8f\u6e10\u8fdb\u7684\u8425\u517b\u7597\u6cd5\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u4e25\u91cd\u8425\u517b\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6216\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ecf\u5386\u8fc7\u6781\u7aef\u8282\u98df\u6216\u9965\u997f\u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u3002\u5728\u670d\u7528TPN\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u533b\u751f\u6216\u836f\u5242\u5e08\u5fc5\u987b\u8be2\u95ee\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u53f2\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u6b64\u7c7b\u60c5\u51b5\u53d1\u751f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
