400;\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u6709 10,000 \u4eba\u88ab\u8bca\u65ad\u60a3\u6709\u9aa8\u9ad3\u589e\u751f\u5f02\u5e38\u7efc\u5408\u5f81 (MDS)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7531\u4e8e\u786e\u8bca\u60a3\u6709\u9aa8\u9ad3\u589e\u751f\u5f02\u5e38\u7efc\u5408\u5f81 (MDS) \u7684\u4eba\u6570\u5f88\u5c11\uff0c\u8be5\u75c5\u88ab\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3a\u7f55\u89c1\u75c5\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8fbe\u79d1\u6839 (Dacogen) \u4e8e 2006 \u5e74\u88ab\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (FDA) \u6388\u4e88\u5b64\u513f\u836f\u8d44\u683c\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4e13\u95e8\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u7f55\u89c1\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u836f\u7269\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div \u4f5c\u4e3a\u6210\u4eba\u9aa8\u9ad3\u589e\u751f\u5f02\u5e38\u7efc\u5408\u5f81 (MDS) \u60a3\u8005\u7684\u4e00\u7ebf\u6cbb\u7597\u836f\u7269\u3002MDS \u662f\u4e00\u7ec4\u8840\u6db2\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u7531\u9aa8\u9ad3\uff08\u8d1f\u8d23\u4ea7\u751f\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\uff09\u529f\u80fd\u5f02\u5e38\u5f15\u8d77\u3002MDS \u60a3\u8005\u7684\u9aa8\u9ad3\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u5f02\u5e38\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u65e0\u6cd5\u6b63\u5e38\u6210\u719f\uff0c\u4e5f\u65e0\u6cd5\u6b63\u5e38\u8fd0\u4f5c\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u968f\u540e\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5f02\u5e38\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u5360\u636e\u9aa8\u9ad3\u5e76\u53d6\u4ee3\u5065\u5eb7\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u8ba1\u6570\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u52a0\u611f\u67d3\u3001\u5f02\u5e38\u51fa\u8840\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u867d\u7136\u9aa8\u9ad3\u589e\u751f\u5f02\u5e38\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\uff08MDS\uff09\u7684\u786e\u5207\u75c5\u56e0\u5c1a\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u6e05\u695a\uff0c\u4f46\u636e\u4fe1\u5176\u662f\u7531\u9aa8\u9ad3\u7ec6\u80deDNA\u7684\u6539\u53d8\u6216\u7a81\u53d8\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7a81\u53d8\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u5f02\u5e38\u751f\u957f\u548c\u53d1\u80b2\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u901a\u8fc7\u6062\u590d\u6b63\u5e38\u7ec6\u80de\u529f\u80fd\uff0cDacogen \u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u63d0\u9ad8\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u8ba1\u6570\u5e76\u51cf\u5c11 MDS \u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8f93\u8840\u9700\u6c42\u3002&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Does_Dacogen_Work\"><\/span>Dacogen \u5982\u4f55\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\uff1f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dacogen \u4e2d\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u836f\u7269\u5730\u897f\u4ed6\u6ee8\u662f\u80de\u82f7\u8131\u6c27\u6838\u82f7\u7684\u5929\u7136\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7269\uff0c\u800c\u80de\u82f7\u8131\u6c27\u6838\u82f7\u662f DNA \u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u670d\u7528 Dacogen \u540e\uff0c\u8be5\u524d\u4f53\u836f\u7269\u5f00\u59cb\u53d1\u6325\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u81ea\u8eab\u7ed3\u5408\u5230 DNA \u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u5176\u6297\u80bf\u7624\u4f5c\u7528\u3002Dacogen \u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236\u4e00\u79cd\u540d\u4e3a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/DNA_methyltransferase\">DNA\u7532\u57fa\u8f6c\u79fb\u9176<\/a> (DNMT)\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u548c\u8fdb\u5c55\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u901a\u8fc7\u963b\u65ad\u8fd9\u79cd\u9176\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\uff0cDacogen \u53ef\u4ee5\u91cd\u65b0\u6fc0\u6d3b\u67d0\u4e9b\u5bf9\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u53d1\u80b2\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6b63\u5e38\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u751f\u6210\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u91cd\u65b0\u6fc0\u6d3b\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4fc3\u8fdb\u9aa8\u9ad3\u4e2d\u6b63\u5e38\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u751f\u6210\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u63d0\u9ad8\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u8ba1\u6570\u5e76\u51cf\u5c11\u8f93\u8840\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dacogen\u9664\u4e86\u5f71\u54cdDNA\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u8bf1\u5bfc\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\uff0c\u5373\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6027\u7ec6\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5176\u53d1\u6325\u6297\u80bf\u7624\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5e76\u51cf\u7f13\u9aa8\u9ad3\u589e\u751f\u5f02\u5e38\u7efc\u5408\u5f81(MDS)\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Long_Does_It_Take_To_Work\"><\/span>\u9700\u8981\u591a\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u624d\u80fd\u8d77\u4f5c\u7528\uff1f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dacogen \u8d77\u6548\u6240\u9700\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u56e0\u4eba\u800c\u5f02\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u591a\u79cd\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u5e74\u9f84\u3001\u6574\u4f53\u5065\u5eb7\u72b6\u51b5\u3001\u9aa8\u9ad3\u589e\u751f\u5f02\u5e38\u7efc\u5408\u5f81 (MDS) \u7684\u4e25\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4ee5\u53ca\u53ef\u80fd\u60a3\u6709\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u533b\u7597\u72b6\u51b5\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fbe\u79d1\u6839\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u6570\u5468\u751a\u81f3\u6570\u6708\u624d\u80fd\u663e\u8457\u6539\u5584\u9aa8\u9ad3\u589e\u751f\u5f02\u5e38\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\uff08MDS\uff09\u7684\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u8ba1\u6570\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u75c7\u72b6\u3002\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8fbe\u79d1\u6839\u5e76\u975eMDS\u7684\u6cbb\u6108\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u63a7\u5236\u75c5\u60c5\u5e76\u6539\u5584\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dosage_Form_and_Strength\"><\/span>\u5242\u578b\u548c\u5f3a\u5ea6<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span 400;\">Dacogen\u901a\u5e38\u4ee5\u5355\u5242\u91cf\u5c0f\u74f6\u5f62\u5f0f\u4f9b\u5e94\uff0c\u6bcf\u74f6\u542b50\u6beb\u514b\u5730\u897f\u4ed6\u6ee8\u51bb\u5e72\u7c89\u3002\u8f93\u6ce8\u524d\uff0c\u752810\u6beb\u5347\u65e0\u83cc\u6c34\u6eb6\u89e3\u3002\u6bcf\u6beb\u5347\u542b5\u6beb\u514b\u5730\u897f\u4ed6\u6ee8\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
