(TPN)\uff0c\u4fd7\u79f0\u9759\u8109\u8425\u517b\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u7531\u533b\u751f\u63a8\u8350\u7ed9\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u5176\u8425\u517b\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u5b83\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5f53 <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/tpn\/tpn-solution\/tpn-vs-tube-feeding-how-are-they-different\/\">\u7ba1\u9972<\/a> \u65e0\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u6216\u60a3\u8005\u56e0\u764c\u75c7\u5bfc\u81f4\u80c3\u80a0\u9053\u6bd2\u6027\/\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u788d\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u7ecf\u53e3\u6444\u5165\u3002\u764c\u75c7\u53ca\u5176\u6cbb\u7597\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5f71\u54cd\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\uff0c\u8fd8\u4f1a\u7834\u574f\u5176\u8fdb\u98df\u548c\u5438\u6536\u5fc5\u9700\u8425\u517b\u7d20\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u9762\u4e34\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\uff08\u8eab\u4f53\u65e0\u6cd5\u83b7\u5f97\u5fc5\u9700\u8425\u517b\u7d20\u7684\u72b6\u6001\uff09\u7684\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div 400;\">\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u662f\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u6700\u666e\u904d\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4f1a\u5bf9\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u751f\u5b58\u4ea7\u751f\u4e0d\u5229\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u636e\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c\u9ad8\u8fbe <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiersin.org\/articles\/10.3389\/fmed.2021.759387\/full\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">20% \u7684\u80bf\u7624\u60a3\u8005\u6b7b\u4e8e\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u6709\u5bb3\u5f71\u54cd<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u6076\u6027\u80bf\u7624\u672c\u8eab\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u672c\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u8ba8\u8bba TPN \u5bf9\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3001\u5b83\u5982\u4f55\u4f7f\u6297\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u53d7\u76ca\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u5b83\u5728\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u548c\u5eb7\u590d\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u8ba8\u8bba TPN \u5bf9\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u9996\u5148\u4e86\u89e3\u4e00\u4e0b\u8425\u517b\u5bf9\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u5bf9\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u53ef\u80fd\u7531\u591a\u79cd\u4e0e\u75be\u75c5\u672c\u8eab\u53ca\u5176\u6cbb\u7597\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u5f15\u8d77\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u9ad8\u5242\u91cf\u5316\u7597\u3001\u653e\u5c04\u7597\u6cd5\u548c\u9aa8\u9ad3\u79fb\u690d\u7b49\u6297\u764c\u6cbb\u7597\u5e38\u5e38\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5f71\u54cd\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8fdb\u98df\u548c\u8425\u517b\u5438\u6536\u80fd\u529b\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u6216\u6297\u764c\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u665a\u671f\u9636\u6bb5\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u5e38\u89c1\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u5305\u62ec\u6076\u5fc3\u3001\u5455\u5410\u3001\u53e3\u8154\u6e83\u75a1\u3001\u98df\u6b32\u4e0d\u632f\u548c\u541e\u54bd\u56f0\u96be\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u5e38\u5e38\u5bfc\u81f4\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u548c\u4f53\u91cd\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u540c\u6837\uff0c\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u9488\u5bf9\u80c3\u80a0\u9053\u7684\u5916\u79d1\u624b\u672f\u6216\u6cbb\u7597\u4e5f\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u8425\u517b\u5438\u6536\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5f53\u8eab\u4f53\u6ca1\u6709\u83b7\u5f97\u6700\u4f73\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u6108\u5408\u6240\u9700\u7684\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u70ed\u91cf\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u3001\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20\u548c\u77ff\u7269\u8d28\u65f6\uff0c\u5c31\u4f1a\u4e25\u91cd\u5f71\u54cd\u8eab\u4f53\u62b5\u6297\u75be\u75c5\u548c\u6108\u5408\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 \u5bfc\u81f4\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u865a\u5f31\u3001\u75b2\u52b3\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u80fd\u529b\u4e0b\u964d\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>\u4f24\u53e3\u6108\u5408\u53d7\u635f<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff1a\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u4f1a\u963b\u788d\u8eab\u4f53\u6108\u5408\u4f24\u53e3\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u5e76\u5ef6\u8fdf\u624b\u672f\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u533b\u7597\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u6062\u590d\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>\u6cbb\u7597\u6bd2\u6027\uff1a<\/b><span 400;\">\u957f\u671f\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u53d1\u751f\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7597\u76f8\u5173\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u533b\u751f\u5927\u591a\u63a8\u8350\u4f7f\u7528TPN\u6765\u6539\u5584\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8425\u517b\u72b6\u51b5\uff0c\u5e76\u9884\u9632\u8425\u517b\u4e0d\u826f\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
