style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2014 \u5e74\uff0c\u4e00\u79cd\u540d\u4e3a Otezla \u7684\u836f\u7269\u83b7\u5f97 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40<\/a> (FDA) \u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u6591\u5757\u72b6\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u548c\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u5173\u8282\u708e\u30022019\u5e74\uff0cOtezla \u83b7\u5f97 FDA \u989d\u5916\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u767d\u585e\u6c0f\u75c5\u3002\u767d\u585e\u6c0f\u75c5\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u81ea\u8eab\u514d\u75ab\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u53ef\u5bfc\u81f4\u53e3\u8154\u6e83\u75a1\u3001\u751f\u6b96\u5668\u6e83\u75a1\u548c\u8eab\u4f53\u67d0\u4e9b\u90e8\u4f4d\u7684\u708e\u75c7\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u672c\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8 Otezla \u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236\u3001\u529f\u6548\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u3001\u836f\u7269\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u548c\u60a3\u8005\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9879\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div \u6279\u51c6\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u6591\u5757\u72b6\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u3001\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u5173\u8282\u708e\u548c\u4e0e\u767d\u585e\u6c0f\u75c5\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u53e3\u8154\u6e83\u75a1\u7684\u5904\u65b9\u836f\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5b83\u5c5e\u4e8e\u78f7\u9178\u4e8c\u916f\u9176-4 (PDE4) \u6291\u5236\u5242\u7c7b\u836f\u7269\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236\u4f53\u5185\u708e\u75c7\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\u3002Otezla \u662f <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/drugs\/generic-vs-brand#generic-drugs\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4eff\u5236\u836f<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff0c\u963f\u666e\u65af\u7279\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u81ea <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4665061\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2014\u5e74\u6279\u51c6<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otezla \u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u5b89\u5168\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u5173\u8282\u708e\u3001\u5404\u671f\u6591\u5757\u72b6\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0e\u767d\u585e\u6c0f\u75c5\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u53e3\u8154\u6e83\u75a1\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5df2\u5728\u60a3\u8005\u548c\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb\u4e2d\u5e7f\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otezla \u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4f18\u52bf\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u975e\u751f\u7269\u5236\u5242\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5b83\u4e0d\u542b\u6d3b\u7ec6\u80de\u6216\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u65e0\u6cd5\u8010\u53d7\u751f\u7269\u5236\u5242\u6216\u611f\u67d3\u98ce\u9669\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span 400;\">\u751f\u7269\u5236\u5242\u662f\u7531\u6d3b\u7ec6\u80de\u6216\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u5236\u6210\u7684\u836f\u7269\uff0c\u5e38\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u548c\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u5173\u8282\u708e\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u5236\u5242\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u611f\u67d3\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u8f83\u5f31\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8bf7\u8bb0\u4f4f\uff0cOtezla \u5e76\u4e0d\u9002\u5408\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e0d\u5efa\u8bae\u6709\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\u3001\u81ea\u6740\u60f3\u6cd5\u6216\u884c\u4e3a\u75c5\u53f2\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4f7f\u7528\u5b83\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u52a0\u5267\u75c7\u72b6\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span 400;\">\u5b83\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u836f\u7269\uff08\u5982\u5229\u798f\u5e73\u3001\u5723\u7ea6\u7ff0\u8349\u548c\u5361\u9a6c\u897f\u5e73\uff09\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4e0d\u5e94\u4e0e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u836f\u7269\u4e00\u8d77\u670d\u7528\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span \u73af\u78f7\u9178\u817a\u82f7\uff08cAMP\uff09\uff0c\u5b83\u63a7\u5236\u7740\u4f53\u5185\u7684\u708e\u75c7\u3002PDE4\u5728\u4f53\u5185\u5faa\u73af\u8d8a\u591a\uff0c\u5b83\u5206\u89e3\u7684\u73af\u78f7\u9178\u817a\u82f7\u5c31\u8d8a\u591a\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u708e\u75c7\u52a0\u5267\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otezla \u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236 PDE4 \u6765\u63d0\u9ad8 cAMP \u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u51cf\u5c11\u708e\u75c7\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\u3002\u8fd9\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u63a7\u5236\u708e\u75c7\uff0c\u5e76\u51cf\u8f7b\u5173\u8282\u75bc\u75db\u3001\u80bf\u80c0\u548c\u76ae\u80a4\u708e\u75c7\u7b49\u75c7\u72b6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span
