style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Austedo \u8fd8\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u6cbb\u7597\u8fdf\u53d1\u6027\u8fd0\u52a8\u969c\u788d\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5bfc\u81f4\u9762\u90e8\u548c\u8eab\u4f53\u91cd\u590d\u6027\u3001\u4e0d\u81ea\u4e3b\u8fd0\u52a8\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8\u836f\u7269 Austedo\u3001\u5176\u4f5c\u7528\u539f\u7406\u3001\u6f5c\u5728\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u53ca\u5176\u5728\u6cbb\u7597\u5404\u79cd\u75be\u75c5\u4e2d\u7684\u7528\u9014\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Austedo \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5904\u65b9\u836f\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u4e0e\u4ea8\u5ef7\u987f\u6c0f\u75c5\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4e0d\u81ea\u4e3b\u8fd0\u52a8\uff08\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\uff09\uff0c\u4ea8\u5ef7\u987f\u6c0f\u75c5\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5f71\u54cd\u795e\u7ecf\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u7f55\u89c1\u9057\u4f20\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u81ea 2019 \u5e74\u83b7\u5f97\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (FDA) \u6279\u51c6\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2017<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff0cAustedo \u5bf9\u4e8e\u63a7\u5236\u4ea8\u5ef7\u987f\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u7684\u75c7\u72b6\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u75be\u75c5\u4f1a\u4f7f\u4eba\u8870\u5f31\u5e76\u4e25\u91cd\u5f71\u54cd\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Austedo \u662f\u6c18\u4ee3\u4e01\u82ef\u90a3\u55ea\u7684\u54c1\u724c\u540d\uff0c\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4e00\u7c7b\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/books\/NBK548187\/\">\u56ca\u6ce1\u5355\u80fa\u8f6c\u8fd0\u4f53 2 (VMAT2) \u6291\u5236\u5242<\/a>\u3002VMAT2 \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u7279\u5b9a\u8111\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u5c06\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u3001\u8840\u6e05\u7d20\u548c\u53bb\u7532\u80be\u4e0a\u817a\u7d20\u7b49\u795e\u7ecf\u9012\u8d28\u4ece\u7ec6\u80de\u8d28\u8fd0\u8f93\u5230\u7a81\u89e6\u5c0f\u6ce1\u4e2d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236 VMAT2\uff0cAustedo \u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u91ca\u653e\u5230\u7a81\u89e6\u4e2d\u7684\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u91cf\uff0c\u8fd9\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u63a7\u5236\u4e0d\u81ea\u4e3b\u8fd0\u52a8\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0e\u4ea8\u5ef7\u987f\u6c0f\u75c5\u548c\u8fdf\u53d1\u6027\u8fd0\u52a8\u969c\u788d\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u75c7\u72b6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Is_Austedo_Used_For\"><\/span>Austedo \u7684\u7528\u9014\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Austedo \u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5e38\u4e0e\u4ea8\u5ef7\u987f\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4e0d\u81ea\u4e3b\u8fd0\u52a8\u969c\u788d\u3002\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u662f\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u4e0d\u53ef\u9884\u6d4b\u4e14\u6025\u4fc3\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u53ef\u5f71\u54cd\u9762\u90e8\u3001\u56db\u80a2\u548c\u8eaf\u5e72\u7b49\u8eab\u4f53\u90e8\u4f4d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Austedo \u4e5f\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ninds.nih.gov\/health-information\/disorders\/tardive-dyskinesia\">\u8fdf\u53d1\u6027\u8fd0\u52a8\u969c\u788d<\/a>\uff0c\u4e00\u79cd\u4ee5\u9762\u90e8\u548c\u8eab\u4f53\u4e0d\u81ea\u4e3b\u8fd0\u52a8\u4e3a\u7279\u5f81\u7684\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u957f\u671f\u4f7f\u7528\u67d0\u4e9b\u836f\u7269\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u3002Austedo \u901a\u5e38\u7531\u533b\u751f\u5f00\u5177\u5904\u65b9\uff0c\u5e94\u4e25\u683c\u6309\u7167\u6307\u793a\u670d\u7528\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span \u5e94\u9075\u533b\u5631\u53e3\u670d\u3002\u5242\u91cf\u548c\u7597\u7a0b\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u4e2a\u4eba\u75c5\u60c5\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u53cd\u5e94\u800c\u5f02\u3002\u8bf7\u52a1\u5fc5\u9075\u7167\u533b\u5631\uff0c\u6309\u63a8\u8350\u5242\u91cf\u670d\u7528\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Austedo\u7247\u5242\u5e94\u4e0e\u98df\u7269\u4e00\u8d77\u670d\u7528\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5438\u6536\u5e76\u964d\u4f4e\u80c3\u80a0\u9053\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u5e94\u6574\u7247\u541e\u670d\uff0c\u5207\u52ff\u538b\u788e\u3001\u5480\u56bc\u6216\u63b0\u5f00\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Does_It_Work\"><\/span>\u5b83\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\uff1f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Austedo \u7684\u6709\u6548\u6210\u5206\u6c18\u4ee3\u4e01\u82ef\u90a3\u55ea\u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236\u8111\u5185\u4e00\u79cd\u540d\u4e3a\u56ca\u6ce1\u5355\u80fa\u8f6c\u8fd0\u4f53 2 (VMAT2) \u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u8d77\u4f5c\u7528\u3002VMAT2 \u8d1f\u8d23\u5c06\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u795e\u7ecf\u9012\u8d28\u5305\u88c5\u5230\u795e\u7ecf\u7ec6\u80de\u5185\u7684\u56ca\u6ce1\u4e2d\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5728\u795e\u7ecf\u51b2\u52a8\u5230\u8fbe\u65f6\u91ca\u653e\u5230\u7a81\u89e6\u4e2d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236 VMAT2\uff0c\u6c18\u4ee3\u4e01\u82ef\u90a3\u55ea\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u91ca\u653e\u5230\u7a81\u89e6\u4e2d\u7684\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u91cf\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u6fc0\u6d3b\u5176\u4ed6\u795e\u7ecf\u7ec6\u80de\u4e0a\u7684\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u53d7\u4f53\u7684\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
