style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u670d\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u5904\u65b9\u836f\u3001\u975e\u5904\u65b9\u836f\u6216\u8349\u836f\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6b63\u5728\u54fa\u4e73\u3001\u6000\u5b55\u6216\u8ba1\u5212\u6000\u5b55\u3002Harvoni \u5728\u6000\u5b55\u548c\u54fa\u4e73\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u5c1a\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u3002\u8bf7\u54a8\u8be2\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u751f\u548c\u836f\u5242\u5e08\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u670d\u7528 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u662f\u6307\u516d\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u79cd\u6216\u6bd2\u682a\u3002Harvoni \u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u591a\u79cd\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u57fa\u56e0\u578b 1\u30014\u30015 \u548c 6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Does_Harvoni_Work\"><\/span>Harvoni \u5982\u4f55\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\uff1f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Harvoni \u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u751f\u957f\u548c\u590d\u5236\u6240\u9700\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5b83\u8fd8\u80fd\u963b\u6b62\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u590d\u5236\u5176\u9057\u4f20\u7269\u8d28\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u963b\u6b62\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u8513\u5ef6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Harvoni \u7684\u4e24\u79cd\u6d3b\u6027\u6210\u5206\u7d22\u975e\u5e03\u97e6\u548c\u96f7\u8fea\u5e15\u97e6\u5747\u5728\u6cbb\u7597\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u96f7\u8fea\u5e15\u97e6\u901a\u8fc7\u5e72\u6270\u4e00\u79cd\u540d\u4e3a HCV NS5A \u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u53c2\u4e0e\u75c5\u6bd2\u590d\u5236\u3002Sofosbuvir \u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236\u4e00\u79cd\u540d\u4e3a HCV NS5B \u7684 RNA \u4f9d\u8d56\u6027\u805a\u5408\u9176\u6765\u963b\u6b62\u9057\u4f20\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u590d\u5236\uff0c\u800c HCV NS5B \u662f\u75c5\u6bd2\u589e\u6b96\u548c\u590d\u5236\u6240\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Is_Harvoni_Administered\"><\/span>\u5982\u4f55\u670d\u7528 Harvoni\uff1f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:
