\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5173\u8282\u708e\uff0c\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5173\u8282\u75bc\u75db\u3001\u80bf\u80c0\u548c\u50f5\u786c\u3002\u5176\u75c5\u56e0\u662f T \u7ec6\u80de\u5bf9\u5065\u5eb7\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8fdb\u884c\u5f02\u5e38\u653b\u51fb\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5173\u8282\u548c\u5468\u56f4\u7ec4\u7ec7\u53d1\u708e\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orencia \u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u51cf\u8f7b\u60a3\u6709\u4e2d\u5ea6\u81f3\u91cd\u5ea6 RA \u7684\u6210\u5e74\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u75c7\u72b6\uff0c\u6216\u5bf9\u5176\u4ed6\u6cbb\u7597\u53cd\u5e94\u4e0d\u4f73\u7684\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 <a href=\"https:\/\/my.clevelandclinic.org\/health\/drugs\/11086-non-steroidal-anti-inflammatory-medicines-nsaids\">\u975e\u753e\u4f53\u6297\u708e\u836f<\/a> \u548c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/books\/NBK507863\/#:~:text=Indications-,Disease%2Dmodifying%20antirheumatic%20drugs%20(DMARDs)%20are%20a%20class%20of,and%20ankylosing%20spondylitis%20(AS).\">\u6297\u98ce\u6e7f\u836f<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Psoriatic_Arthritis_PsA\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u5173\u8282\u708e\uff08PsA\uff09<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u5173\u8282\u708e (PsA) \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u8fdb\u884c\u6027\u76ae\u80a4\u75c5\uff0c\u5176\u7279\u5f81\u662f\u7ea2\u8272\u9cde\u72b6\u6591\u5757\u3002Orencia \u53ef\u5355\u72ec\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u6216\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u836f\u7269\u8054\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u3002 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PsA\u6cbb\u7597<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u5728\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u4e2d\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Polyarticular_Juvenile_Idiopathic_Arthritis_pJIA\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u591a\u5173\u8282\u578b\u5e7c\u5e74\u7279\u53d1\u6027\u5173\u8282\u708e\uff08pJIA\uff09<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pJIA \u662f\u5e7c\u5e74\u7279\u53d1\u6027\u5173\u8282\u708e (JIA) \u7684\u4e00\u79cd\uff0c\u5176\u7279\u5f81\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6216\u591a\u4e2a\u5173\u8282\u53d1\u708e\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4 2 \u81f3 6 \u5c81\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0a\u513f\u7ae5\u51fa\u73b0\u75bc\u75db\u3001\u80bf\u80c0\u548c\u50f5\u786c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orencia \u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u7f13\u89e3\u4e2d\u5ea6\u81f3\u91cd\u5ea6 pJIA \u513f\u7ae5\u7684\u75c7\u72b6\u3002\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u53ef\u5355\u72ec\u4f7f\u7528\u6216\u4e0e\u7532\u6c28\u8776\u5464\u8054\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 \u7ec6\u80de\u5171\u523a\u6fc0\u8c03\u8282\u5242\u3002\u5b83\u80fd\u591f\u963b\u65ad\u6216\u589e\u5f3a\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u53c2\u4e0e T \u7ec6\u80de\u6d3b\u5316\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u4fe1\u53f7\u901a\u8def\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u51cf\u8f7b\u708e\u75c7\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orencia \u4e3b\u8981\u901a\u8fc7\u963b\u65ad\u4e24\u79cd T \u7ec6\u80de\u5171\u523a\u6fc0\u86cb\u767d CD80 \u548c CD86 \u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6765\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e T \u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7684\u7ed3\u5408\u4f1a\u6fc0\u6d3b T \u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u8eab\u4f53\u62b5\u6297\u611f\u67d3\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728 RA\u3001pJIA \u548c PsA \u7b49\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0cT \u7ec6\u80de\u4f1a\u9519\u8bef\u5730\u5f00\u59cb\u653b\u51fb\u5065\u5eb7\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5f15\u8d77\u708e\u75c7\u3001\u75bc\u75db\u548c\u5173\u8282\u635f\u4f24\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mechanism_of_Action\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orencia \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u65e8\u5728\u963b\u65ad CD80 \u548c CD86
