class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Is_Azacitidine_Used_To_Treat\"><\/span>Azacitidine \u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><b>\u7ef4\u8fbe\u624e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u4e00\u7ec4\u79f0\u4e3a\u9aa8\u9ad3\u589e\u751f\u5f02\u5e38\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u9aa8\u9ad3\u589e\u751f\u5f02\u5e38\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u662f\u4e00\u7ec4\u8840\u6db2\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u9aa8\u9ad3\u4e2d\u7684\u672a\u6210\u719f\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u65e0\u6cd5\u53d1\u80b2\u6210\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>\u5965\u52aa\u96f7\u683c <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u9996\u6b21\u5b8c\u5168\u7f13\u89e3\u6216\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u8ba1\u6570\u672a\u5b8c\u5168\u6062\u590d\u7684\u6025\u6027\u9ad3\u7cfb\u767d\u8840\u75c5 (AML)\u3002\u6025\u6027\u9ad3\u7cfb\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u6216 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.gov\/types\/leukemia\/patient\/adult-aml-treatment-pdq#:~:text=Acute%20myeloid%20leukemia%20(AML)%20is%20a%20cancer%20of%20the%20blood,leukemia%20and%20acute%20nonlymphocytic%20leukemia.\">\u9ad3\u7cfb\u767d\u8840\u75c5<\/a> \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5728\u9aa8\u9ad3\u7684\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u3001\u7ea2\u7ec6\u80de (RBC) \u548c\u767d\u7ec6\u80de\u751f\u6210\u533a\u57df (\u9020\u8840\u7ec6\u80de) \u4e2d\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u9aa8\u9ad3\u764c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onureg \u548c Vidaza \u4e0d\u80fd\u4e92\u6362\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4e00\u4e2a\u54c1\u724c\u4e0d\u80fd\u66ff\u4ee3\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u54c1\u724c\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dose_and_Administration\"><\/span>\u5242\u91cf\u548c\u7ed9\u836f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u670d\u7528\u963f\u624e\u80de\u82f7\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u751f\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8ba9\u60a8\u5728\u670d\u7528\u963f\u624e\u80de\u82f7\u524d\u7ea6 30 \u5206\u949f\u670d\u7528\u6b62\u5410\u836f\uff08\u4e00\u79cd\u9632\u6b62\u6076\u5fc3\/\u5455\u5410\u7684\u836f\u7269\uff09\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>\u7ef4\u8fbe\u624e <\/b><span style=\"font-weight:
