\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6fc0\u9176\u6291\u5236\u5242\uff0c\u5176\u6d3b\u6027\u6210\u5206\u4e3a\u8212\u5c3c\u66ff\u5c3c\u3002Sutent \u4e3a\u80f6\u56ca\u5242\u578b\uff0c\u89c4\u683c\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a12.5 \u6beb\u514b\u300125 \u6beb\u514b\u300137.5 \u6beb\u514b\u548c 50 \u6beb\u514b\u3002Sutent \u901a\u5e38\u6bcf\u65e5\u53e3\u670d\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u9075\u533b\u5631\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Is_Sutent_Used_To_Treat\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sutent \u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u4ec0\u4e48\u75be\u75c5\uff1f<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8fd9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08FDA\uff09<\/a> \u5df2\u6388\u6743\u4f7f\u7528\u50cf\u8212\u5766\uff08Sutent\uff09\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u5904\u65b9\u836f\u6765\u6cbb\u7597\u591a\u79cd\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8212\u5766\uff08Sutent\uff09\u4e5f\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u4ea7\u54c1\u6807\u7b7e\u4e0a\u672a\u660e\u786e\u5217\u51fa\u7684\u75c5\u75c7\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pancreatic_Cancer\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u80f0\u817a\u764c<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sutent \u5df2\u83b7 FDA \u6279\u51c6\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u80f0\u817a\u795e\u7ecf\u5185\u5206\u6ccc\u80bf\u7624 (pNET)\u3002pNET \u8d77\u6e90\u4e8e\u80f0\u817a\u4e2d\u8d1f\u8d23\u80f0\u5c9b\u7d20\u5206\u6ccc\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u4f7f\u7528 Sutent\uff0cpNET \u5fc5\u987b\u751f\u957f\u7f13\u6162\u4e14\u4e0e\u6b63\u5e38\u7ec6\u80de\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u65e0\u6cd5\u6cbb\u6108\uff08\u65e0\u6cd5\u901a\u8fc7\u624b\u672f\u5207\u9664\uff09\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cpNET \u5fc5\u987b\u662f\u5c40\u90e8\u80bf\u7624\uff08\u9760\u8fd1\u80f0\u817a\uff09\u6216\u5df2\u6269\u6563\u81f3\u8eab\u4f53\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u4f4d\uff08\u8f6c\u79fb\u6027\uff09\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9488\u5bf9\u80f0\u817a\u764c\u7684\u7597\u6548\u7814\u7a76<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e00\u9879\u591a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u56fd\u9645\u3001\u968f\u673a\u3001\u53cc\u76f2\u3001\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u5bf9\u7167 <\/span><a \u5bf9\u65e0\u6cd5\u5207\u9664\u7684pNET\u60a3\u8005\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u6bd4\u8f83\u4e86Sutent\u6cbb\u7597\u7ec4\u548c\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u7ec4\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u6548\u679c\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u63a2\u7a76Sutent\u5728\u591a\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u963b\u6b62pNET\u6076\u5316\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sutent \u7ec4\uff1a\u4e00\u534a\u7684 Sutent \u60a3\u8005\u5728 10.2 \u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u672a\u89c1\u80bf\u7624\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5b89\u6170\u5242\u7ec4\uff1a50%\u60a3\u8005\u57285.4\u4e2a\u6708\u540e\u51fa\u73b0\u80bf\u7624\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u63a5\u53d7\u80be\u5207\u9664\u672f\u5e76\u88ab\u8bca\u65ad\u60a3\u6709\u5c40\u9650\u6027 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.gov\/types\/kidney\/patient\/kidney-treatment-pdq#:~:text=Renal%20cell%20cancer%20(also%20called,filter%20and%20clean%20the%20blood.\">\u80be\u7ec6\u80de\u764c<\/a> \u80be\u7ec6\u80de\u764c (RCC) \u662f Sutent \u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u5019\u9009\u836f\u7269\u3002Sutent \u5df2\u83b7 FDA \u6279\u51c6\u7528\u4e8e\u80be\u7ec6\u80de\u764c\u7684\u8f85\u52a9\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u51cf\u5c11\u4e3b\u8981\u6cbb\u7597\u5b8c\u6210\u540e\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u590d\u53d1\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u80be\u5207\u9664\u672f\u540e\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u4e34 RCC \u590d\u53d1\u7684\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u3002&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e00\u4e2a <\/span><a
