400;\">\u5bfc\u81f4\u5c0f\u7ea4\u7ef4\u795e\u7ecf\u75c5\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u539f\u56e0\u4e0e\u94a0\u901a\u9053\u57fa\u56e0\u53d8\u5f02\u548c\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20B12\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6709\u5173\u3002\u636e\u62a5\u9053\uff0c50%\u60a3\u8005\u56e0\u4e0d\u660e\u539f\u56e0\u6216\u201c\u7279\u53d1\u6027\u201d\u75c5\u56e0\u800c\u51fa\u73b0SFN\u3002\u67d0\u4e9b\u75be\u75c5\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u9ad3\u9798\u7a00\u758f\u635f\u4f24 400;\">\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u662f\u5bfc\u81f4\u5c0f\u7ea4\u7ef4\u795e\u7ecf\u75c5\u53d8\u7684\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u524d\u671f\u60a3\u8005\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73b0SFN\u3002\u5c0f\u7ea4\u7ef4\u795e\u7ecf\u75c5\u53d8\u901a\u5e38\u7531\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u7b49\u6f5c\u5728\u75be\u75c5\u5f15\u8d77\u3002\u6839\u636e\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u591a\u8fbe50%\u7684\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u6216\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u524d\u671f\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73b0\u5c0f\u7ea4\u7ef4\u795e\u7ecf\u75c5\u53d8\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5c0f\u7ea4\u7ef4\u795e\u7ecf\u75c5\u53d8\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u7531\u94a0\u901a\u9053\u57fa\u56e0\u53d8\u5f02\u7684\u7a81\u53d8\u5f15\u8d77\u3002\u6839\u636e <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nih.gov\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u7acb\u536b\u751f\u7814\u7a76\u9662<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u7acb\u536b\u751f\u7814\u7a76\u9662 (NIH) \u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u57fa\u56e0\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a SCN9A \u548c SCN10A\u3002SCN9A \u548c SCN10A \u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u53d8\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5c0f\u7ea4\u7ef4\u795e\u7ecf\u75c5\u53d8\u3002\u751f\u7406\u4e0a\uff0c\u94a0\u901a\u9053\u5177\u6709\u5728\u5168\u8eab\u4ea7\u751f\u548c\u4f20\u8f93\u7535\u4fe1\u53f7\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5f53\u57fa\u56e0\u53d1\u751f\u7a81\u53d8\u65f6\uff0c\u94a0\u901a\u9053\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5b8c\u5168\u5173\u95ed\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u75bc\u75db\u4fe1\u53f7\u589e\u5f3a\u3002SCN9A \u7a81\u53d8\u5728 SFN \u75c5\u4f8b\u4e2d\u7ea6\u5360 30%\uff0c\u800c SCN10A \u7a81\u53d8\u5728 SFN \u75c5\u4f8b\u4e2d\u7ea6\u5360 5%\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u5c0f\u7ea4\u7ef4\u795e\u7ecf\u75c5\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u793a\u4f8b\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span 400;\">\u5982\u679c\u6ca1\u6709\u53d1\u73b0\u6f5c\u5728\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u8bca\u65ad\u4e3a\u7279\u53d1\u6027\u5c0f\u7ea4\u7ef4\u795e\u7ecf\u75c5\u30022018 \u5e74\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5bf9\u8c61\u4e3a 921 \u540d\u5c0f\u7ea4\u7ef4\u795e\u7ecf\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u3002\u5728\u8fd9 921
