\u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u627f\u4fdd\u8303\u56f4\u3002 <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medicare \u5c06\u8986\u76d6 <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/ivig\/ivig\/\/ivig\/\">\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d<\/a> \u57fa\u4e8e\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8bca\u65ad<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6cbb\u7597\u5730\u70b9<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7ed9\u836f\u9014\u5f84&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8bca\u65ad\u4ee3\u7801\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6807\u51c6\u7528\u4e8e\u786e\u5b9a IVIG \u662f\u5426\u5728 Medicare B \u90e8\u5206\u7684\u627f\u4fdd\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u60a3\u6709 B \u90e8\u5206\u672a\u6db5\u76d6\u7684\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u4f46\u60a8\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u88ab\u5217\u4e3a FDA \u6279\u51c6\u7684 IVIG \u9002\u5e94\u75c7\uff0c\u60a8\u4ecd\u53ef\u80fd\u53d7\u5230 Medicare style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e3b\u6cbb\u533b\u751f\u5df2\u786e\u5b9a\u5728\u5bb6\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528 IVIG \u5728\u533b\u5b66\u4e0a\u662f\u5408\u9002\u7684\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span \u90e8\u5206\u4ec5\u627f\u4fdd\u836f\u8d39\u3002\u9664\u975e\u7528\u4e8e CIDP\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u8017\u6750\u548c\u8f93\u6db2\u6cf5\u4e0d\u5728\u627f\u4fdd\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e3a\u4e86 <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/zh\/cidp\/what-is-cidp\/\">CIDP<\/a>Medicare \u8fd8\u5c06\u652f\u4ed8 80% \u7684\u8017\u6750\u548c\u8f93\u6db2\u6cf5\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u622a\u81f3 2021 \u5e74 7 \u6708\uff0c\u4ec5\u9650\u76ae\u4e0b\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\u6cbb\u7597\uff08\u4f8b\u5982 Hizentra \u548c Hyqvia\uff09<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> CIDP \u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u5305\u542b\u5728 B \u90e8\u5206\u4e2d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-medicare-ivig-coverage-under-part-d\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Medicare_IVIG_Coverage_Under_Part_D\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medicare IVIG D \u90e8\u5206\u627f\u4fdd\u8303\u56f4<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5bf9\u4e8e B \u90e8\u5206\u672a\u6db5\u76d6\u7684\u8bca\u65ad\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8be5\u75c5\u75c7\u662f FDA \u6279\u51c6\u7684 IVIG \u9002\u5e94\u75c7\uff08\u89c1\u4e0b\u6587\uff09\uff0c\u5219\u53ef\u80fd\u9002\u7528 D \u90e8\u5206\u8986\u76d6\u8303\u56f4\u3002 <\/span>Medicare \u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u6db5\u76d6 IVIG
