href=\"https:\/\/my.clevelandclinic.org\/health\/body\/24669-b-cells\">B\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de<\/a>\u867d\u7136\u6162\u6027\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5 (CLL) \u662f\u6210\u4eba\u4e2d\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4f46\u603b\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\u4ecd\u7136\u76f8\u5bf9\u7f55\u89c1\u2014\u2014\u7f8e\u56fd\u6bcf\u5e74\u7ea6\u6709 23,000 \u4eba\u88ab\u8bca\u65ad\u51fa\u60a3\u6709\u6162\u6027\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5 (CLL)\uff0c\u4ec5\u5360\u6240\u6709\u764c\u75c7\u7684 1-2%\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6570\u60a3\u8005\u786e\u8bca\u65f6\u5e74\u9f84\u5728 70 \u5c81\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u5728\u513f\u7ae5\u4e2d\u6781\u4e3a\u7f55\u89c1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u9ad3\u7cfb\u5e72\u7ec6\u80de<\/strong> \u5236\u9020\u7ea2\u7ec6\u80de\uff08\u643a\u5e26\u6c27\u6c14\uff09\u3001\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u5355\u6838\u7ec6\u80de\uff08\u5bf9\u6297\u7ec6\u83cc\u548c\u771f\u83cc\uff0c\u6e05\u7406\u7ec6\u80de\u788e\u7247\uff09\u548c\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\uff08\u5e2e\u52a9\u8840\u6db2\u51dd\u7ed3\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6dcb\u5df4\u6837\u5e72\u7ec6\u80de<\/strong> \u5236\u9020 B \u7ec6\u80de\uff08\u4ea7\u751f\u6297\u4f53\uff09\u3001T \u7ec6\u80de\uff08\u5e2e\u52a9\u534f\u8c03\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u5e94\uff09\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u6740\u4f24\u7ec6\u80de\uff08\u7834\u574f\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u548c\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u6162\u6027\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5 (CLL) \u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b B \u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u4f1a\u751f\u957f\uff0c\u4f46\u65e0\u6cd5\u5b8c\u5168\u6210\u719f\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5b58\u6d3b\u65f6\u95f4\u5f02\u5e38\u957f\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u7ec6\u80de\u65e0\u6cd5\u6709\u6548\u62b5\u6297\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u4e0d\u65ad\u79ef\u7d2f\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u4f1a\u6392\u6324\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8840\u7ec6\u80de\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u533b\u751f\u5c1a\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u6162\u6027\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5 (CLL) \u7684\u786e\u5207\u75c5\u56e0\u3002\u5b83\u4e0e\u653e\u5c04\u3001\u611f\u67d3\u6216\u996e\u98df\u6ca1\u6709\u5bc6\u5207\u8054\u7cfb\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5df2\u77e5\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u67d0\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0 CLL \u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5e74\u9f84\uff1a<\/strong> \u968f\u7740\u5e74\u9f84\u7684\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u98ce\u9669\u4e5f\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6027\u522b\uff1a<\/strong> CLL \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u8fd1\u4eb2\u60a3\u6709\u6162\u6027\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5 (CLL)\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u60a3\u75c5\u98ce\u9669\u5c31\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8d28\u66b4\u9732\uff1a<\/strong> \u957f\u671f\u63a5\u89e6\u67d0\u4e9b\u9664\u8349\u5242\u6216\u6740\u866b\u5242\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div 400;\">\u6162\u6027\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5\uff08CLL\uff09\u521d\u671f\u65e0\u75c7\u72b6\uff0c\u4f46\u968f\u7740\u75c5\u60c5\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u75c7\u72b6\u9010\u6e10\u663e\u73b0\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662fCLL\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73b0\u7684\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u75c7\u72b6\uff1a&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u5e76\u975e\u533b\u751f\u901a\u5e38\u7b5b\u67e5\u7684\u5bf9\u8c61\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6570\u4eba\u662f\u5728\u5e38\u89c4\u8840\u6db2\u68c0\u67e5\u4e2d\u53d1\u73b0\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u6570\u91cf\u8f83\u9ad8\u65f6\u624d\u53d1\u73b0\u81ea\u5df1\u60a3\u6709\u6162\u6027\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u3002\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u533b\u751f\u4f1a\u5b89\u6392\u66f4\u591a\u68c0\u67e5\u6765\u786e\u8bca\u5e76\u5236\u5b9a\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u901a\u5e38\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u8840\u6db2\u68c0\u67e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u4e00\u4e2a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/tests-procedures\/complete-blood-count\/about\/pac-20384919\">\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5e7f\u64ad\u516c\u53f8<\/a> \u68c0\u67e5\u7ec6\u80de\u8ba1\u6570\u548c <strong>\u6d41\u5f0f\u7ec6\u80de\u672f<\/strong> \u770b\u770b\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u662f\u5426\u662f CLL \u7ec6\u80de\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u57fa\u56e0\u548c\u5206\u5b50\u68c0\u6d4b\uff1a<\/strong> \u5bfb\u627e TP53 \u7a81\u53d8\u3001del(17p) \u548c IGHV \u72b6\u6001\uff0c\u8fd9\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u9884\u6d4b\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u8868\u73b0\u4ee5\u53ca\u54ea\u79cd\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u6700\u6709\u6548\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u4f53\u683c\u68c0\u67e5\uff1a<\/strong> \u68c0\u67e5\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ed3\u3001\u809d\u810f\u6216\u813e\u810f\u662f\u5426\u80bf\u5927\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6210\u50cf\uff1a<\/strong> \u5982\u679c\u62c5\u5fc3\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ed3\u80bf\u5927\u6216\u5668\u5b98\u589e\u5927\uff0c\u6709\u65f6\u4f1a\u4f7f\u7528 CT \u626b\u63cf\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6d3b\u68c0\uff1a<\/strong> \u4ec5\u5f53\u8840\u6db2\u68c0\u67e5\u4ecd\u672a\u627e\u5230\u7b54\u6848\u65f6\u624d\u8fdb\u884c\u9aa8\u9ad3\u6216\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ed3\u6d3b\u68c0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Life_Expectancy_in_Patients_With_CLL\"><\/span>CLL \u60a3\u8005\u7684\u9884\u671f\u5bff\u547d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T<\/span>\u5f97\u76ca\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u9886\u57df\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u6162\u6027\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5 (CLL) \u60a3\u8005\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u671f\u6bd4\u4ee5\u5f80\u4efb\u4f55\u65f6\u5019\u90fd\u66f4\u957f\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\uff0c\u6162\u6027\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5 (CLL) \u60a3\u8005\u7684 5 \u5e74\u603b\u751f\u5b58\u7387\u7ea6\u4e3a 89%\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\u786e\u8bca\u540e\u4ecd\u80fd\u5b58\u6d3b\u6570\u5341\u5e74\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u9884\u540e\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u5e74\u9f84\u3001\u6574\u4f53\u5065\u5eb7\u72b6\u51b5\u4ee5\u53ca\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u57fa\u56e0\u7279\u5f81\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u6c38\u8fdc\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u800c\u53e6\u4e00\u4e9b\u4eba\u5219\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u786e\u8bca\u540e\u4e0d\u4e45\u5c31\u9700\u8981\u63a5\u53d7\u6cbb\u7597\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
