class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0cCIDP \u7684\u786e\u5207\u8bf1\u56e0\u5c1a\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8be5\u75c5\u4e0e\u81ea\u8eab\u514d\u75ab\u6709\u5173\u3002\u8eab\u4f53\u5c06\u9ad3\u9798\u89c6\u4e3a\u5916\u6765\u7269\u5e76\u5f00\u59cb\u653b\u51fb\u5b83\u3002CIDP \u5728 50 \u81f3 60 \u5c81\u4e4b\u95f4\u66f4\u4e3a\u5e38\u89c1\uff0c\u7537\u6027\u60a3\u4e0a\u8fd9\u79cd\u7f55\u89c1\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u662f\u7537\u6027\u7684\u4e24\u500d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u5e74\u9f84\u6bb5\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u968f\u65f6\u60a3\u4e0a\u8fd9\u79cd\u75be\u75c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6b65\u884c\u6216\u722c\u697c\u68af<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4e3e\u8d77\u6216\u642c\u8fd0\u7269\u4f53<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u7ad9\u7acb\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8fdb\u884c\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5982\u6263\u7ebd\u6263\u3001\u7a7f\u8863\u670d\u6216\u5199\u4f5c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4fdd\u6301\u5e73\u8861<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u9884\u9632\u8dcc\u5012<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e0d\u662f\u5b64\u7acb\u7684\u75c7\u72b6\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6301\u7eed 8 \u5468\u6216\u66f4\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u4e14\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u63a8\u79fb\u800c\u6076\u5316\u7684\u6162\u6027\u75c5\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Disease_Progression\"><\/span>\u75be\u75c5\u8fdb\u5c55<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CIDP \u4f1a\u5728\u4e00\u6bb5\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u7f13\u6162\u53d1\u5c55\uff08\u81f3\u5c11 8 \u5468\uff09\u3002\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u75c5\u60c5\u8fdb\u5c55\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4f46\u5927\u81f4\u9075\u5faa\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e09\u4e2a\u6a21\u5f0f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u8fdb\u6b65\uff1a<\/strong> \u75c7\u72b6\u5728\u4e00\u6bb5\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u4e0d\u65ad\u6076\u5316\u4e14\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u6539\u5584\u3002&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u590d\u53d1\uff1a<\/strong> \u75c7\u72b6\u51fa\u73b0\u540e\u4f1a\u6d88\u5931\u3002\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5468\u671f\u6027\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u6bcf\u6b21\u53d1\u4f5c\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u65f6\u95f4\u5404\u4e0d\u76f8\u540c\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5355\u76f8\uff1a<\/strong> \u75c7\u72b6\u6301\u7eed 1 \u81f3 3 \u5e74\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u6c38\u4e45\u6d88\u5931\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diagnosis_of_CIDP\"><\/span>CIDP\u7684\u8bca\u65ad<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CIDP \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7f55\u89c1\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u8bca\u65ad\u56f0\u96be\u3002\u533b\u751f\u6700\u521d\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6000\u7591\u683c\u6797-\u5df4\u5229\u7efc\u5408\u5f81 (GBS)\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5176\u75c7\u72b6\u4e0e CIDP \u76f8\u4f3c\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u75c7\u72b6\u6301\u7eed\u8d85\u8fc7 8 \u5468\uff0c\u533b\u751f\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6000\u7591 CIDP\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u8bca\u65ad CIDP\uff0c\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u5c06\u5ba1\u67e5\u60a8\u7684\u75c5\u53f2\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u4e9b\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u795e\u7ecf\u4f20\u5bfc\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u808c\u7535\u56fe<\/strong> \u68c0\u6d4b\u9ad3\u9798\u7834\u574f\u60c5\u51b5\u5e76\u8bc4\u4f30\u795e\u7ecf\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u529f\u80fd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8840\u6db2\u548c\u5c3f\u6db2\u68c0\u67e5<\/strong> \u6392\u9664\u75c7\u72b6\u7531\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u3001\u7532\u72b6\u817a\u75be\u75c5\u3001\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20\u7f3a\u4e4f\u7b49\u5176\u4ed6\u75be\u75c5\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8170\u690e\u7a7f\u523a\uff08\u810a\u690e\u7a7f\u523a\uff09<\/strong>\uff0c\u4ece\u4f60\u7684\u4e0b\u80cc\u90e8\u6536\u96c6\u8111\u810a\u6db2\uff0c\u4ee5\u5bfb\u627e\u4e0e CIDP \u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5f02\u5e38\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u6c34\u5e73&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u78c1\u5171\u632f\u6210\u50cf
