Targretin is an anti-cancer agent used to treat the symptoms of cutaneous t-cell lymphoma (CTCL). This drug belongs to the drug class known as antineoplastic retinoic acid derivatives, or retinoids, which are metabolites of vitamin A (retinol). It is a third-generation retinoid.<\/p>\n<p>Targretin works effectively when used alone as a treatment for CTCL and when combined with other treatment methods.
