Stir until dispersed into small pieces (it will not completely dissolve) and immediately drink. Rinse the container with another 4 to 8 ounces (120-240 mL) of water and immediately drink again. Do not crush or heat the tablet.<\/p>\n<h4>Missed Dose<\/h4>\n<p>If you accidentally miss a dose, skip the missed dose and continue with the next scheduled dose.
