Because of this unique pattern, exercise often feels quite challenging for MG patients, as they experience greater fatigue and muscle weakness than the average person.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Myasthenia_Gravis_and_Exercise_What_Research_Says\"><\/span><strong>Myasthenia Gravis and Exercise: What Research Says<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently, several studies and case reports have demonstrated that low-to-moderate exercise can be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oaepublish.com\/articles\/rdodj.2024.42\">safe and effective for people with clinically stable myasthenia gravis<\/a>.
