However, the impact on the mother or unborn baby is unknown.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Animal reproduction studies haven\u2019t reported a higher risk of miscarriage or birth defects with use during pregnancy [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/books\/NBK582978\/\">1<\/a>].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No data are available about use during breastfeeding. Because tildrakizumab is a large protein, it\u2019s unlikely to pass into breast milk.
