Tuy nhi\u00ean, m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 kh\u00f4ng b\u1ecb ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 khi m\u1eafc b\u1ec7nh n\u00e0y. May m\u1eafn thay, ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u nghi\u00eam tr\u1ecdng, \u0111e d\u1ecda t\u00ednh m\u1ea1ng \u1edf ITP r\u1ea5t hi\u1ebfm g\u1eb7p. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f3 nhi\u1ec1u l\u00fd do khi\u1ebfn s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ti\u1ec3u c\u1ea7u c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 th\u1ea5p trong c\u00e1c x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m kh\u00f4ng li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 mi\u1ec5n d\u1ecbch. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 bao g\u1ed3m l\u1ed7i x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m, thu\u1ed1c men, ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed9 \u0103n u\u1ed1ng ho\u1eb7c m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 b\u1ec7nh nhi\u1ec5m tr\u00f9ng. Kh\u00e1ng th\u1ec3 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng nh\u01b0 m\u1ed9t \u1ed5 kh\u00f3a v\u00e0 ch\u00eca kh\u00f3a \u0111\u1ec3 li\u00ean k\u1ebft v\u1edbi c\u00e1c v\u1ecb tr\u00ed c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 tr\u00ean t\u00e1c nh\u00e2n l\u1ea1 v\u00e0 gi\u00fap lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf ch\u00fang. Trong IVIG, kh\u00e1ng th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c thu th\u1eadp t\u1eeb ng\u01b0\u1eddi hi\u1ebfn t\u1eb7ng v\u00e0 ti\u00eam t\u0129nh m\u1ea1ch (IV) cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi nh\u1eadn. IVIG c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb xu\u1ea5t huy\u1ebft gi\u1ea3m ti\u1ec3u c\u1ea7u nguy\u00ean ph\u00e1t (ITP) c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 b\u1ec7nh l\u00fd kh\u00e1c. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng b\u1ec7nh l\u00fd c\u1ea3n tr\u1edf kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n kh\u00e1ng th\u1ec3 ho\u1eb7c c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o mi\u1ec5n d\u1ecbch kh\u00e1c c\u1ee7a c\u01a1 th\u1ec3. Trong c\u00e1c t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng t\u1ef1 mi\u1ec5n, h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng mi\u1ec5n d\u1ecbch t\u1ea5n c\u00f4ng ch\u00ednh c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o c\u1ee7a c\u01a1 th\u1ec3.
