Sau l\u1ea7n truy\u1ec1n \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean, nh\u1eefng b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n \u0111\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c truy\u1ec1n c\u00e1c li\u1ec1u ti\u1ebfp theo trong th\u1eddi gian ng\u1eafn h\u01a1n, kho\u1ea3ng 90 ph\u00fat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Corticosteroid ti\u00eam t\u0129nh m\u1ea1ch (Li\u1ec7u ph\u00e1p xung)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Corticosteroid \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng t\u0129nh m\u1ea1ch (IV), ch\u1eb3ng h\u1ea1n nh\u01b0 methylprednisolone, th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng nh\u01b0 li\u1ec7u ph\u00e1p xung \u0111\u1ec3 nhanh ch\u00f3ng ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ee3t b\u00f9ng ph\u00e1t lupus n\u1eb7ng ho\u1eb7c nhanh ch\u00f3ng gi\u1ea3m vi\u00eam trong b\u1ec7nh vi\u00eam th\u1eadn lupus ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb li\u1ec1u cao n\u00e0y th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n trong th\u1eddi gian ng\u1eafn \u0111\u1ec3 \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng b\u1ec7nh v\u00e0 ng\u0103n ng\u1eeba t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00eam c\u00e1c c\u01a1 quan. Corticosteroid \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng t\u0129nh m\u1ea1ch th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng nh\u01b0 m\u1ed9t ph\u1ea7n c\u1ee7a k\u1ebf ho\u1ea1ch \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb t\u1ed5ng th\u1ec3 v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u00f9ng \u0111\u01a1n \u0111\u1ed9c trong th\u1eddi gian d\u00e0i do c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 g\u00e2y ra c\u00e1c t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng ph\u1ee5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IVIG (S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ngo\u00e0i ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Globulin mi\u1ec5n d\u1ecbch ti\u00eam t\u0129nh m\u1ea1ch (IVIG) c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem x\u00e9t trong m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p lupus ch\u1ecdn l\u1ecdc, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t khi b\u1ec7nh kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng v\u1edbi c\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n, trong tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p vi\u00eam th\u1eadn lupus n\u1eb7ng ho\u1eb7c khi c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng v\u1ec1 huy\u1ebft h\u1ecdc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u1eb7c d\u00f9 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c FDA ph\u00ea duy\u1ec7t c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 cho b\u1ec7nh lupus, IVIG \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ngo\u00e0i ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u00fap \u0111i\u1ec1u h\u00f2a h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng mi\u1ec5n d\u1ecbch.
