Signs of cloudiness or discoloration could indicate that the medication is unsafe to use. Then, choose a site on the skin on the thigh or stomach to administer the injection and clean it with an alcohol wipe. Remove the cap and stretch or pinch the skin to create a firm surface.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, place the autoinjector straight down at a 90-degree angle, press down firmly onto the skin, and press the purple button to release the medication.
