dose is 7.5 g on week 1, 15 g on week 2,\u00a0 22.5 g on week 4, then 30 g on week 7 (full information is available in the Hyqvia package insert).<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">If the patient has switched from IVIG treatment, then administer Hyqvia at the same dose and frequency as the previous IV treatment after initial dose ramp-up.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">If the patient has switched from SCIG treatment or is IgG-na\u00efve, then administer at 300 \u2013 600 mg\/kg at 3 to 4 week intervals after initial ramp-up.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">If the patient is at high risk of renal failure or thrombosis, then administer Hyqvia at the minimum dose and infusion rate practicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Volume Per Site:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Up to 600 ml per site can be administered for patients who weigh 40 kg or more and up to 300 ml per site can be administered for those who weigh less than 40
