Azacitidine Dosing Information

For acute myeloid leukemia for maintenance: take 300 mg once daily on days 1 to 14 of a 28-day cycle.

For myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia in patients requiring low-intensity therapy:  Your doctor will choose the subcutaneous or intravenous form, and the dose will be calculated depending on your body surface area.

Tablets:

• Take a missed dose as soon as you remember if it is still the same day.
• If you do not remember about the missed dose until the next day, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal dosing schedule.
• Do not take two doses on the same day.

Store tablets in the original container at room temperature in a dry place.

Your doctor will let you know how and when to inject.
