Se une a la subunidad p19 de la IL-23, una citocina (prote\u00edna) clave en la respuesta del sistema inmunitario a las infecciones y la inflamaci\u00f3n. El Tremfya puede ayudar a mejorar la calidad de vida de quienes la padecen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Artritis psori\u00e1sica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Es un problema autoinmune que causa inflamaci\u00f3n no s\u00f3lo en la piel, sino tambi\u00e9n en las articulaciones, la columna y los tendones, lo que puede provocar dolor.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dosage_and_Administration_of_Tremfya\"><\/span>Dosis y administraci\u00f3n de Tremfya<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dosage\"><\/span><b>Dosificaci\u00f3n<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La dosis recomendada tanto para la psoriasis en placas como para la artritis psori\u00e1sica es de 100 mg inyectados subcut\u00e1neamente en la semana 0, la semana 4 y, posteriormente, cada 8 semanas. Para la artritis psori\u00e1sica, Tremfya puede usarse solo o con otros medicamentos conocidos como f\u00e1rmacos antirreum\u00e1ticos modificadores de la enfermedad (FAME), como el metotrexato.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Administration\"><\/span><b>Administraci\u00f3n<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tremfya debe ser administrado por un profesional de la salud o autoadministrado por un paciente despu\u00e9s de recibir capacitaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo administrar las inyecciones correctamente.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El medicamento viene en una jeringa precargada de dosis \u00fanica o como una pluma precargada One-Press de dosis \u00fanica, que debe almacenarse en el refrigerador entre 2 \u00b0C y 8 \u00b0C (36 \u00b0F y 46 \u00b0F).<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de administrar, deje que la jeringa o pluma alcance la temperatura ambiente durante 30 minutos.
