Busque atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica inmediata si desarrolla fiebre, sangrado abundante, signos de infecci\u00f3n, dificultad para respirar, moretones con mayor facilidad de lo habitual o cualquier otro s\u00edntoma grave o que empeore mientras toma Inqovi.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Precautions_When_Taking_Inqovi\"><\/span>Precauciones al tomar Inqovi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>Reacciones al\u00e9rgicas:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Algunos pacientes que toman Inqovi presentan alergia. Esta suele presentarse como sarpullido o sibilancias. Si presenta una reacci\u00f3n al\u00e9rgica, no debe tomar m\u00e1s Inqovi hasta que lo consulte con su m\u00e9dico.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disminuci\u00f3n del recuento sangu\u00edneo:<\/strong> El Inqovi suele disminuir los gl\u00f3bulos rojos, los gl\u00f3bulos blancos y las plaquetas, lo que puede aumentar el riesgo de infecciones, anemia y hemorragias. Esto suele ocurrir entre 7 y 10 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de comenzar el tratamiento. Su m\u00e9dico debe controlar sus recuentos sangu\u00edneos una vez que inicie el tratamiento con Inqovi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>N\u00e1useas:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Algunos pacientes experimentar\u00e1n n\u00e1useas despu\u00e9s de tomar Inqovi. Su m\u00e9dico puede recetarle medicamentos para tomar antes de tomar Inqovi, lo que evitar\u00e1 las n\u00e1useas.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Amamantamiento:<\/strong> Se desconoce si el Inqovi pasa a la leche materna. Debido al riesgo potencial de reacciones adversas graves en el lactante, no se recomienda la lactancia materna durante el tratamiento ni durante al menos dos semanas despu\u00e9s de la \u00faltima dosis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Embarazo:<\/strong> El Inqovi puede da\u00f1ar al feto y no debe utilizarse durante el embarazo. Informe a su m\u00e9dico de inmediato si queda embarazada durante el tratamiento.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anticoncepci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Las mujeres en edad f\u00e9rtil deben usar un m\u00e9todo anticonceptivo eficaz durante el tratamiento y durante 6 meses despu\u00e9s de la \u00faltima dosis. Los hombres con parejas femeninas en edad f\u00e9rtil deben usar un m\u00e9todo anticonceptivo eficaz durante el tratamiento y durante 3 meses despu\u00e9s de la \u00faltima dosis.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Ni\u00f1os menores de 16 a\u00f1os:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Inqovi a\u00fan no se ha probado en personas menores de 16 a\u00f1os y los pacientes de este grupo de edad no deben tomarlo.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medicamentos que interfieren con Inqovi:<\/strong> Algunos medicamentos pueden interactuar con Inqovi y afectar su eficacia o aumentar el riesgo de efectos secundarios. Informe a su m\u00e9dico sobre todos los medicamentos recetados, medicamentos de venta libre, vitaminas y suplementos herbales que est\u00e9 tomando.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dosage\"><\/span>Dosificaci\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La dosis de Inqovi es de un comprimido por v\u00eda oral al d\u00eda durante los primeros 5 d\u00edas de cada ciclo de tratamiento. Cada comprimido contiene 35 mg de decitabina y 100 mg de cedazuridina. Cada ciclo de tratamiento dura 28 d\u00edas. Los ciclos pueden repetirse cada 4 semanas. Su m\u00e9dico puede retrasar el tratamiento o ajustar la dosis seg\u00fan sus recuentos sangu\u00edneos o los efectos secundarios. Muchos pacientes reciben varios ciclos de tratamiento, y este puede continuar mientras siga siendo eficaz y bien tolerado.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No debe comer durante las dos horas previas ni las dos horas posteriores a la toma de Inqovi. No debe masticar ni triturar las tabletas de Inqovi. Debe tomar Inqovi aproximadamente a la misma hora todos los d\u00edas.
