Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edan recomendarle reducir la velocidad de infusi\u00f3n de su tratamiento con IgIV o cambiar a... <a href=\"https:\/\/ameripharmaspecialty.com\/es\/ivig\/ivig-brand-reviews\/\">otra marca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rash\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erupci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de los casos notificados presentaron una reacci\u00f3n eccematosa despu\u00e9s del primer tratamiento con IgIV, especialmente en pacientes que recibieron dosis altas de IgIV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tratamientos para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/skin-problems-and-treatments\/guide\/common-rashes\">erupciones<\/a> Incluyen crema de hidrocortisona, loci\u00f3n de calamina y antihistam\u00ednicos para la picaz\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden usar compresas fr\u00edas. Consulte con su m\u00e9dico o enfermero para obtener tratamientos m\u00e1s espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rare-or-serious-side-effects\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rare_or_Serious_Side_Effects\"><\/span>Efectos secundarios raros o graves<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque son poco frecuentes, pueden presentarse efectos adversos graves. Entre ellos se incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-thromboembolic-events\">Eventos tromboemb\u00f3licos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La IgIV puede aumentar el riesgo de co\u00e1gulos sangu\u00edneos. Esto puede provocar trombosis venosa profunda, embolia pulmonar, infarto de miocardio o accidente cerebrovascular. Los pacientes con cardiopat\u00edas preexistentes pueden tener un mayor riesgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hemolytic-reactions\">Reacciones hemol\u00edticas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La IgIV puede causar hem\u00f3lisis, que es la destrucci\u00f3n de gl\u00f3bulos rojos. Esto puede provocar anemia hemol\u00edtica, que puede causar fatiga, dificultad para respirar y palidez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-transfusion-related-acute-lung-injury-trali\">Lesi\u00f3n pulmonar aguda relacionada con la transfusi\u00f3n (TRALI)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es una afecci\u00f3n poco frecuente, pero grave, que se caracteriza por dificultad respiratoria aguda. Si se presenta TRALI, se debe suspender bruscamente la infusi\u00f3n de IgIV y administrar asistencia respiratoria de inmediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-acute-kidney-failure\">Insuficiencia renal aguda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos pacientes pueden experimentar da\u00f1o o insuficiencia renal. El riesgo es mayor en personas con afecciones renales preexistentes. Se debe monitorizar estrechamente la funci\u00f3n renal durante el tratamiento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-allergic-reactions-anaphylaxis\">Reacciones al\u00e9rgicas (anafilaxia)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En raras ocasiones, pueden producirse reacciones al\u00e9rgicas graves.
